25/01/2025: The pizzas were rejected, perhaps because they were ordered on a Saturday evening, but in addition to the pizzas being raw, empty without ingredients, for example the 4 cheese pizza was practically a margherita, rejected on everything unfortunately, hopefully I'll change my mind.

25/02/2025: Villani is a historical point of reference in Vigevano for those who love artisanal desserts and savory specialties. The place is welcoming, with a wide choice of always fresh products: from brioches to mignons, up to the very famous pizzas, which are truly irresistible. The cafeteria is also well stocked and offers an excellent accompaniment to desserts. The staff are generally courteous and helpful, although service can sometimes be a little slow at peak times. It is important to point out that some creams are not always up to the standard of the rest of the production, but overall the quality is very good. Convenient parking and a pleasant atmosphere, ideal for a breakfast or a sweet break. It deserves top marks with some improvements in service. I will happily return!

02/03/2025: Room was decent with a good mattress. Heating unit cycled between providing heat followed by ice cold air before shutting down. Bed was not made and clean towels or toilet paper replaced. When we called down for toilet paper and towels, we were brought one roll and one towel. Not a pleasant stay...will not be returning.

23/02/2025: Excessive waiting times for a simple bagel: 40 minutes for three sandwiches is too long. The portions are small, and to add a side of chips to the sandwich you need €2.50 more, an unjustified cost considering that only a few potatoes arrive on the plate. The ingredients are of quality, but the filling is not very abundant: I took the bagel with radicchio and it would have been better to receive it already broken into pieces, because it was difficult to eat. Disproportionate prices compared to the quantity and type of food, especially for a place that should be quick. There is an urgent need to improve waiting times and review prices based on portions.

02/03/2025: Arrivati alle 13.00 come da prenotazione, segnano la comanda 15 minuti dopo... Tavolo da 12 persone con 3 bambini... Primo piatto servito alle 14.40 circa. L'ultimo piatto (primo) dopo le 15.00. Il pane portato solo dopo due richieste!

02/03/2025: Siamo stati in questo ristorante per festeggiare un compleanno, non era la prima volta che venivamo abbiamo sempre mangiato bene ma questa volta credetemi una vera delusione. Ci siamo seduti alle 13, sono passati a prendere ordinazione dopo mezz ora ( e ci sta).. il bello è arrivato dopo, il cibo ci è stato servito alle 14:30, abbiamo chiesto più e più volte il pane, il cameriere dopo la 3 volta che faceva finta di non sentire si gira in male modo dicendoti è finito lo stiamo facendo, chiediamo in alternativa una focaccia ma ci risponde di no! Arrivano prima degli anticipasti ( nemmeno tutti) poi i primi, 1 alla volta, con il cameriere che diceva solo questo di chi è, senza nemmeno annunciare di che piatto si trattasse, avevamo al tavolo 3 bambine, dove sin dall inizio avevamo chiesto se venissero servite prima, purtroppo sono state le ultime a mangiare, alle 15. Finiti i primi arrivano dopo un po’ subito i secondi, immangiabili. Arriva poi anche l antipasto che non era arrivato prima… Morale della favola questo posto non mi vedrà più..

12/03/2025: Cold burger, chips and the Bacon inside the burger were made hours before the dish was served, a burger as good as the Sitting Bull was one of the saddest burgers I've ever eaten. It has nothing to do with the old wild west chain that's around. Zero score

08/03/2025: Disponibilità da parte del responsabile per trovare posto al mio amico in carrozzina cercando un tavolo adatto, trovato ci siamo fermati a pranzo.Direi che per una catena di fast food sono rimasto sorpreso dalla bontà dei piatti. Personale gentile e presente, lo consiglio a persone in carrozzina trovando anche un bagno adatto, anche perché è difficile trovare locale con bagno ok. Sicuramente ci torneremo magari per un dopo cinema

31/12/2024: The old place is messy, tried and tested pizza, which restaurant for me still have to learn both the coconut and the pizza chef. If you can, avoid going to the bathroom

07/03/2025: Different place compared to a year ago. Dishes made inferiorly compared to other OWWs. Furthermore, throughout the evening there were shouts coming from the kitchen and I could hear the other tables complaining about it. Very long wait for the dishes and the place was practically empty. I hope something changes.
