14/03/2025: I ordered 2 pizzas at 7.20am and they arrived at 9.37am. The pizza was quite good but it was cold and I had to reheat it in the microwave.

21/12/2024: I ordered the.san surprise bag twice through the appropriate application but both times, the orders were canceled because the food had already been sold. But then why do you give availability already in the morning if you then sell the food and have to cancel the order. ? Maybe it's a publicity stunt? Other times I got pizza. I would say discreet....

08/05/2025: I arrive inspired by the name, thinking I can enjoy a breath of home with a good fresh piadina (the sign outside clearly bears the words PIADINERIA). I enter and the place stinks, but not of food, I try to ignore it and ask if they have piadina. The owner (I think it was) replies they don't have any. I then ask if they have takeaway dishes since I can't stay for lunch on site. The menu features a series of first courses among which absolutely non-Romagna dishes stand out such as cacio e pepe, penne all'arrabbiata and other things that have nothing to do with Romagna. A little disappointed, I state without any aggression that there is nothing from Romagna on the menu. The owner rudely replies that I should go to Romagna if I want to eat Romagna cuisine. I am shocked first of all by the ways. Next time I'll cook the piadina myself.

20/04/2025: Uno schifo toltale! Mai più! Ogni piatto senza alcun sapore, piatti sporchi, piatti mandati indietro, puzza incredibile, cucina da vomito, non 1€ di sconto dopo tutto lo schifo combinato! Parlo da ristoratore, mai vista una cosa del genere! Chiudete che è meglio!! Spero di non sentirmi male entro sera! Se ci passate per sbaglio, non entrate! Solo complimenti alla signora che serviva perché faceva il suo massimo!

30/05/2025: First , a group of girls and I had stood in line waiting to order . We watched everyone else get help but us. Then when it came to us he walked off and it was until we found someone else to get help. All the tables were dirty and we were trying to find an area to sit at. That is when we decided to sit on the cushioned chair. Shortly after a worker began to scream at us for sitting there and yelled for us to sit in the chairs . One of my friends stood up to take off their back packs off. The waiter came over, picked up the chair slamming it to the ground and yelled sit . Never will I come back again for a pastry and service that are lacking and leaves a bad taste in the mouth .

29/05/2025: good food but waiter, at the counter, bad and unpleasant, I spent 10€ and he didn't want to let me charge my phone. he kept making unpleasant comments about me and made me feel really uncomfortable. to avoid

16/04/2025: Update 04/15/25 Congratulations for managing the contact with the customer this evening around 7:00 pm! A super nice guy!! I shopped here for the first time last night and will definitely be back. Good pizza, crunchy and well seasoned dough. The supplì is also good and the prices are average. Perhaps the only flaw, the service at the checkout... Rude and unhelpful Back today, pizza is always good, but I recommend a pinch of salt on the potatoes of the pizza with potatoes!!!

12/06/2025: June 12, really rude and uneducated staff, cashier yells in my ears and answers, I ask the barista to please add a little milk to my "latte macchiato" because it was just foam.. her response was that if I didn't want all that foam I should have told her before.. ok but I wasn't expecting a tumbler of just foam

04/05/2025: Too much dust on the air vents and pipes which can inevitably fall on the food.

22/06/2025: Personally I find it very nice. It is located on the second floor, next to the bathrooms. It is not very big, but furnished very well. The service is good, but I always see the staff with an almost annoyed look. Of course, you can't criticize the fact that an employee has to laugh, but it affects the atmosphere that is created in my opinion (I have been there several times to be able to say this).

25/03/2025: Chiesto 1 tazza di camomilla per dolore allo stomaco, alla richiesta di poter avere nella tazza 2 bustine di camomilla la ragazza , in modo maleducato mi ha risposto che se avessi voluto 2 bustine in una singola e ripeto singola tazza avrei dovuto pagare la camomilla DOPPIA! Maleducazione ed empatia zero! Nella tazza di acqua servita nella camomilla era presente un moscerino, e ho anche dovuto chiedere di cambiarmi l acqua, sconsigliatissimo.

17/12/2024: Rude and incorrect. I asked for a medium beer and they served me a glass that did not reach the 0.4 liter mark. I go to pay the requested 5 euros and they didn't even give me the receipt.

01/04/2025: Locale dove pare sia stata inventata la torta paradiso che viene servita abbastanza asciutta ma pare sia una sua caratteristica. Per il resto locale nella media con prezzi abbastanza alti.

31/05/2025: The shop assistants are rude, they don't even look you in the face, I take a croissant and it seems like I'm doing them a favor, I pay, I say thank you and goodbye and they don't even say hello... go do another job (said by someone who does the same job and knows how hard it is to put up with people). I go into the shop and give you some money and not even a thank you... at least the croissant was good.

06/04/2025: I decided to take a small rectangle of focaccia with gorgonzola. Very tasty, but not for 4.50 euros

19/05/2025: €15 for 3 coffee creams which were nothing more than melted ice cream and sour cream.

19/05/2025: The only saving grace is that it's in the square, we asked for a coffee cream but they gave us a kind of ice cream cream with very sour cream, congratulations!

06/06/2025: Terrible service with mandatory consumption even though there was at least one person at the table consuming. Pissed off staff, really absurd prices for being in the center of Pavia. A 200ml juice (off-brand) costs €3 and a brioche (rubber) costs €1.50 like water!!! Also the glasses were dirty. I wouldn't recommend it even to my worst enemy. See you never again.

01/05/2025: I was here for a graduation party and the atmosphere was completely ruined by the DJ who offended the birthday boy with homophobic insults. When confronted, the owner simply stated, "I can't control what people think," and calmly washed his hands of it. In this political moment in Italy, an event like this unfortunately doesn't surprise me, but it still makes me angry and horrified. Having to suffer homophobic attacks and not feel absolutely or in any way protected is truly denigrating. An absolute shame for the entire city of Pavia.
