30/05/2025: First , a group of girls and I had stood in line waiting to order . We watched everyone else get help but us. Then when it came to us he walked off and it was until we found someone else to get help. All the tables were dirty and we were trying to find an area to sit at. That is when we decided to sit on the cushioned chair. Shortly after a worker began to scream at us for sitting there and yelled for us to sit in the chairs . One of my friends stood up to take off their back packs off. The waiter came over, picked up the chair slamming it to the ground and yelled sit . Never will I come back again for a pastry and service that are lacking and leaves a bad taste in the mouth .

20/07/2025: I commissioned my graduation cake, relying entirely on the pastry chef's advice. The quality of the ingredients, the presentation, and the flavor were fabulous; all my guests were delighted. It's become my favorite pastry shop for special occasions! 😊

14/07/2025: The place itself is nice, but the lady was very rude when we first arrived, especially when we asked to use the restroom. She literally kicked us out, trying to give us our money back for the coffees and telling us to go get them somewhere else...all for asking if we could use the restroom.

22/07/2025: I went for an aperitif and I'm really not very satisfied, I bought 2 spritzes that weren't good, then they gave me 2 bowls, one with chips and corn chips, but they didn't even open them and pour them on the bowl.

22/06/2025: Personally I find it very nice. It is located on the second floor, next to the bathrooms. It is not very big, but furnished very well. The service is good, but I always see the staff with an almost annoyed look. Of course, you can't criticize the fact that an employee has to laugh, but it affects the atmosphere that is created in my opinion (I have been there several times to be able to say this).

15/05/2025: The setting could be lovely, but it is poorly served. The terrace is in bad shape, the plastic tables are not up to par with the site. The cashier staff is friendly and smiling and this could save everything if it were not necessary to persistently ask for the receipt to get it. You can do much better.

16/08/2025: Ideal for Tesla stops. Very close. Arrived at opening time. Very good cappuccino. Nice little fruit bowl. Plenty of choices for breakfast or lunch. Outdoor terrace and all the shops in the center :) Luckily it wasn't open yet :) Restrooms nearby and clean at that time.

17/08/2025: Excellent baked goods, especially the sweets. Special mention goes to the sales assistants Daniela and Patrizia at the Strada Nuova store, who are extremely kind and friendly.

31/05/2025: The shop assistants are rude, they don't even look you in the face, I take a croissant and it seems like I'm doing them a favor, I pay, I say thank you and goodbye and they don't even say hello... go do another job (said by someone who does the same job and knows how hard it is to put up with people). I go into the shop and give you some money and not even a thank you... at least the croissant was good.

01/10/2025: Sometimes I get home late from work and stop by this place to pick up some pizza to take home. I like the pizza, but I'd like to know how the staff chooses it...all sullen and rude, both men and women.

23/08/2025: Terrible experience. We asked to remove an ingredient due to an allergy and were told it "goes against company policy," with a rude and condescending attitude. The result was that we didn't even try the takeout food and had to throw it away. Zero customer service and zero professionalism. We definitely won't be returning.
