Small but acceptable location. Terrible service. I've been there several times, even to pick up a cake, and the staff is a bit rude and slow. The only redeeming feature is the extremely good desserts.

Guys, go there because it's worth it!!! I discovered it by pure chance, because the pastry shop is located on the ground floor of the building where it's located. 😋👍😋

For 3 mornings (Sat, Sun and Monday) we went for breakfast at the Demetrio pastry shop and I can only speak highly of it: fast service, top-quality coffee and leavened products and a welcoming atmosphere, highly recommended.

Spectacular cafe and pastry shop. I especially recommend the Sicilian cannoli. I've only tried the savory one once, but it didn't disappoint—very good. The staff is professional, fast, and knowledgeable; even when it's busy, they're quick and responsive. And it's a pleasure to chat during quieter moments!

My favorite cafe & bakery in Pavia - the staff are so friendly and the service is fast, and a good place to sit and read while enjoying a fresh cappuccino and adorable biscotti. Molto buono!

The desserts are extraordinary, superlative, truly top-notch. Unfortunately, however, the organization of the Via Giudi location leaves much to be desired: they advertise limited-edition or seasonal croissants on social media, but every time I went there early on weekends (three times out of three), they weren't available, and they don't even make them to order. Furthermore, the place is often neglected. I understand that breakfast may be the busiest time of day, but the tables and floor should still be cleaned regularly. Another flaw is the lack of cell phone reception in that basement-like space. I don't understand why they don't install a signal extender.
