07/04/2026: I'm very sorry that I won't be coming back here again, because the staff and the owner are very rude to customers.
06/04/2026: I was very disappointed by the atmosphere. The owners were aggressive, attacking two six-year-old girls who had sat at a table because there was no room anywhere else, and this was the only closed restaurant with free seating. The girls weren't bothering anyone and weren't making a mess; they just wanted to get ice cream at a bar that wasn't open at the time. I absolutely don't recommend this place: I seriously doubt that bad people can offer good food.

It says closing time is 11 PM, but unfortunately, at 10:10 PM they're already closing, with coffee or ice cream service possible.
What a shame.

29/12/2025: A mediocre experience in every way. Cold atmosphere, old and worn glasses, questionable cleanliness, and rude service. I'm sorry, but with a bill like that, you'd expect much more! (The cherry on top... "The Paradiso cake is sold out and will arrive tomorrow." It's a shame that's one of the reasons tourists visit this place. Perhaps it would be better to warn them.)
28/12/2025: Sunday, December 28: We arrived at the pastry shop at 2 PM, but it opened at 3 PM. So, just to try the renowned Torta Paradiso, we took another stroll around waiting for it to open. It finally opened, and as we were about to buy a cake to take home, we discovered (from a rather annoyed waitress) that they weren't selling cakes until Tuesday! The waitress explained, as if it were a perfectly logical excuse: "We were closed on the 25th and 26th, so there aren't any cakes today." Oh, damn it, put a piece of paper on the door and write it down... I'll never try the cake at Vigoni, not even when it's available!

The sandwiches are tasty and "crunchy," as the name suggests. The appetizers are good, but perhaps the portions could be improved, considering the prices.
A nice place for a quiet evening with friends or as a couple.

26/04/2025: Honestly, it's a rather disappointing place. It presents itself as an excellent place with fried foods and ingredients that are not only local and local, but also high-quality. But after eating there, I had to change my mind. Aside from the enormous number of dishes on the menu that are unavailable (at 1 pm, you can't have more than three dishes available), paying 9 euros for a sandwich with a lettuce leaf, a slice of ham, and 7 slices of sweet mustard (almost revolting, it was so sweet) along with 7 euros for two fries is, I think, bordering on a rip-off. To give them a point, some dishes were truly incredible, like the fried fish and salted caramel ice cream, but far too many dishes didn't live up to the price, especially the quantity, which was so meager it was almost like a gourmet restaurant. I won't say anything about the sweet salami, which was truly shameful (5 cm of salami with a half-centimeter diameter, warm and buttery, all for 5 euros). Almost poor but with a lot of room for improvement. I recommend reviewing the portions and proportions of the ingredients in the dishes as their quality is very high, but poorly used.

09/03/2026: I bought some pastries, prices were normal, the cream and cream in the cream puffs were fresh but I didn't like the pastry around them, even the Sicilian cannoli were dry. Friendly staff.
28/02/2026: Delicious and filling avocado toast 🥑 Very friendly welcome and a very respectable Arabica blend coffee. Excellent place for a fantastic brunch or breakfast. I come here for a perfectly made cappuccino. Recommended.

05/03/2026: Ideal for a delicious aperitif in the shadow of the Bramante Tower. This place allows you to relax and enjoy a delicious aperitif or coffee overlooking Piazza Ducale. The cocktails are delicious and accompanied by a variety of appetizers. The young and very helpful staff are friendly.

20/09/2025: Excellent supermarket for quality, prices, and the kindness of the staff, who are always available and have become almost friends.
I have one complaint, however: the parking lot, the signage on the ground, and the signs are invisible and very dark in the evening after sunset. I wish these aspects were fixed.

26/08/2025: The cashier is always kind. What I don't like is the security guard checking on people who are just there to shop. Next time, I'll give him my business card... So he can cut it out and go bust someone else's ass.
It's really annoying to be there with him on your back... Anyone who's honest and goes shopping there wants some peace and quiet, right? Rather than having this guy checking you out... Really checking on who's stealing, right?

14/12/2025: I don't understand the nature of the negative reviews at all, given that this is a centrally located establishment, well-lit, clean, and served by polite and helpful staff. Regarding the quality of the product, there's no doubt that, between the coffee shop and the pastry shop, they are top-notch. So, I give it a thumbs-up without compromise! Recommended!
09/12/2025: I paid €4 for tea, plus €1 for a cover charge, and €5 for dirty water. Not only that, but after two hours I was told to leave because there's a time limit on waiting at tables. So, I pay €5 for tea and get sent away. Horrible. I'll never come again.

12/10/2025: I came across this place after seeing a Facebook post that showed off a lot of sweets, including cinnamon rolls. However, when I got to the bakery at 10:15, there was nothing left. I had a slice of cake and a cinnamon cookie (excellent). The staff was very kind and courteous. I'll try again 💪

27/03/2026: I work nearby and often get takeout, and aside from the questionable quality of the products (e.g., sparkling water instead of Sprite, raw fries, poorly assembled sandwiches that leak ingredients and sauces everywhere, food piled haphazardly in bags...), it's impossible for something to be missing from my order every single time. I come at quiet hours during the week, and yet you always manage to leave something out of my order. You're already raising prices out of proportion, and if you also take away the things I pay you for, then tell me, and I'll just give you the money! If I check before leaving, I get dirty looks, scoldings, and jokes, even when you point out that something is missing. If I notice it at home and bring the receipt back, it looks like I'm trying to steal, and you tell me, "That can't be true, you should have noticed as soon as you picked up your order and come right away." So, since this is a widespread problem, as noted by other reviews, tell us what we should do. Like you, we work hard for our money, but we certainly don't steal from you or cheat.
Considering all the money I've lost over time, it's quite a lot, so I'm fed up, and instead of going back for the umpteenth time to beg for what I'm entitled to, I'm leaving this review.
I'm sorry, but I can't afford to give away money, much less be treated like an unsatisfied customer when I only want what I pay for. So, even though I'm a regular customer, you won't see me again from now on.
