21/07/2025: We stopped by Quanto Basta for an aperitivo, but the experience was anything but positive. The platter consisted of unappetizing cold cuts and obviously stale bread.
A place that claims to be welcoming and refined can't afford such poor quality in its basic products.
It's a shame, because the atmosphere might be pleasant, but the attention to customer service and quality really makes the difference.

22/09/2025: Terrible service, untrained staff. The elderly lady welcomed us throughout our stay, poor thing, she didn't even know which way she was turned or where she was... rude, we were forgotten in the pool... we wanted drinks service and had to call back several times to remind them that we were waiting for someone. We ordered a very decent bottle of wine at the modest €28 and asked for something to accompany it as an aperitif, they had nothing except a packet of stale crisps, which together with a forgotten piece of frozen pizza and a platter of cured meats that had been there for a long time, we paid separately. Be careful, the best part is the platter that arrived after 30 minutes accompanied by A PACKAGE OF CRACKERS "because at the pool we serve breadsticks, not bread"... Having said that, to enjoy a decent aperitif we decided to go into the internal room but they told us that it was not possible to have two spritzes with an aperitif because they had a wedding to attend to and were busy!! We return to the pool and while we wait for dinner at 8:00 pm, so thirsty that they wouldn't even give us water because we weren't even considered at all. I called 6 times to send someone... in the end they manage to make us two spritzes with two platters of cooked meat, total €40... at dinner time we wait for them to seat us for more than 20 minutes... they feed you with a stone thrower, 3 ravioli counted, the young waiters are rude and impolite... in short, all the staff is rude, a shame because the location is enchanting but really, really badly managed. At the end of the bill the lady had added things we had never ordered. In short, for a day at the pool with a very poor aperitif and a mediocre dinner you saved a good €220... which if someone treated with respect for an experience would willingly spend... but definitely not like this. Total incompetence

29/08/2025: The pastries and croissants are average (so below standard for Naples), the prices are a bit high, and above all, the rudeness is rampant. Not recommended; there are definitely better places in the area.
30/05/2025: First , a group of girls and I had stood in line waiting to order . We watched everyone else get help but us. Then when it came to us he walked off and it was until we found someone else to get help. All the tables were dirty and we were trying to find an area to sit at. That is when we decided to sit on the cushioned chair. Shortly after a worker began to scream at us for sitting there and yelled for us to sit in the chairs . One of my friends stood up to take off their back packs off. The waiter came over, picked up the chair slamming it to the ground and yelled sit . Never will I come back again for a pastry and service that are lacking and leaves a bad taste in the mouth .

The orderliness, cleanliness, and hygiene are impeccable, as is the high-level professional service. Excellent value for money.
20/07/2025: I commissioned my graduation cake, relying entirely on the pastry chef's advice.
The quality of the ingredients, the presentation, and the flavor were fabulous; all my guests were delighted.
It's become my favorite pastry shop for special occasions! 😊

14/03/2025: I ordered 2 pizzas at 7.20am and they arrived at 9.37am. The pizza was quite good but it was cold and I had to reheat it in the microwave.

17/08/2025: Excellent baked goods, especially the sweets. Special mention goes to the sales assistants Daniela and Patrizia at the Strada Nuova store, who are extremely kind and friendly.
31/05/2025: The shop assistants are rude, they don't even look you in the face, I take a croissant and it seems like I'm doing them a favor, I pay, I say thank you and goodbye and they don't even say hello... go do another job (said by someone who does the same job and knows how hard it is to put up with people). I go into the shop and give you some money and not even a thank you... at least the croissant was good.

15/05/2025: The setting could be lovely, but it is poorly served. The terrace is in bad shape, the plastic tables are not up to par with the site. The cashier staff is friendly and smiling and this could save everything if it were not necessary to persistently ask for the receipt to get it. You can do much better.
