06/05/2025: Davvero un ristorante di tradizione oltrepopavese.ristorante salumeria in un borgo stupendo ben sistemato.titolare gentilissima.io mangiato salame Varzi il migliore assaggiato coppa loro eccellente così come pancetta.preso ravioli alla varzese molto molto saporiti.un locale non turistico ma vero .

04/05/2025: Pranzo in 4 dal mitico ristorante Buscone. La signora Roberta è una persona speciale ottima sommelier . L Oltrepo' pavese è un incanto e qui i sapori e il vino fanno sentire tutto l'amore che provo per questo luogo. Ravioli, risotto, Agnello, Costine,Salumi tutti ottimi. Venite non Ve ne pentirete.

04/05/2025: Old-fashioned trattoria, without a thousand pretensions but which hides the soul of a starred restaurant. Starting with the bread served at the table, with turmeric, the black one, breadsticks, vegetable bread, all made by the chef. Special dishes, just with the starter you would be full, mixed land, very high quality cured meats, cheeses, vegetable rattatouille, nerves, chicken and fried dumplings that will drive you crazy. Very good first and second courses, we took the ossobuco with yellow risotto, ravioli (homemade) filled with ricotta, with prawns and asparagus. You eat meat and fish, both of high quality and developed in a sublime way. Note to remember: SWEETS Also made by the chef, with delicious tarts and millefeuille. Adequate price but still very low by standards. You enter with a smile, you leave even better.

09/05/2025: To be avoided, very long waiting times between first and second courses, more than an hour and a quarter, when I pointed it out (they probably lost the order) they didn't even apologise, and then brought second courses with a side dish heated in the microwave!!! Luckily they pride themselves on express cuisine and high quality products!!! If in your opinion the side dishes were neither dry nor salty (I tasted the potatoes before sending the order back and they were marble) you have no taste buds!!!

03/05/2025: Locale molto accogliente e carino ma nient'altro.... Per il resto tutto e tanta fuffa. E mi fermo qui, perché devo correre a casa e quindi ripartire velocemente... Se no aiii voglia se c'è da dire.... Vitello tonnato duro e stoppaccioso e tagliato male, che non sapeva di nulla, mangiato molto meglio, che si scioglieva in bocca, altrove e meno costoso. I ravioli scotti, tanta scena.... I piatti si belli ma intesi come servizio, non portate. Come Marchigiano la chiudo qui..... Se potete evitatelo.... 👍 🇮🇹 Prezzo fuori.... Che non giustifica nulla.... Tanta fuffa..... 👍

26/05/2025: Dinner for two in a restaurant with a modern decor, with some pop elements, in a large and spacious room. The dinner was very good, the rib eye and the tagliata were expertly cooked and the chimichurri sauce was an unexpected but very pleasant surprise. The staff was very kind and professional. I will definitely come back in the future to try the pizzas, which look delicious.

26/05/2025: Cena di coppia in un ristorante con un arredamento dal gusto moderno, con alcuni elementi pop, in una sala ampia e spaziosa. La cena è stata molto buona, la costata e la tagliata erano cotte con esperienza e la salsa chimichurri si è rivelata un'inaspettata ma gradevolissima sorpresa. Personale molto gentile e professionale. Sicuramente tornerò in futuro per provare anche le pizze, che hanno un aspetto delizioso.

19/05/2025: I was there for a birthday, beautiful evening, there was karaoke, so fun guaranteed between dancing and music, for being a small restaurant I expected better service, instead I received the pizza after an hour and a half from ordering. Affordable prices

07/05/2025: Dal cenone squisito di Capodanno non ho più smesso di ritornare più e più volte, per il mio compleanno, pasqua e Pasquetta, serate latine, musica dal vivo... Locale intimo ed accogliente, staff simpaticissimo, professionale, attento al cliente Piatti e pizze eccellenti E poi che dire del proprietario? Decanta i piatti ed i vini con estrema eleganza e conoscenza Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo Vi invito assolutamente a fare sosta alla Bruschetta 2!!!

Takeaway pizzeria run by Italian guys, excellent dough with high hydration and long leavening times, super digestible pizza rolled out and cooked in an excellent manner. Finally in the city we can eat a good Neapolitan pizza and not those indigestible cardboard discs we were used to. Keep it up!

Abbiamo mangiato veramente bene , piatti particolari , non le solite proposte locali , ieri la proposta era prevalentemente di pesce . Il cannolo scomposto come dolce veramente top, un’esplosione di sapori . Lo consiglio vivamente e spero di riuscire a trovare posto per tornarci presto. Bravi ragazzi 👏🏻

12/05/2025: abbiamo pranzato in veranda in questo ristorante, molto carino, con proposte interessanti e particolare abbiamo preso risotto al prezzemolo con rane fritte veramente ottimo e spaghettoni con calamari spillo molto saporiti,porzioni abbondanti i dolci ottimi torte tatin con gelato e zuccotto zabaione e cioccolato buono servizio molto cordiale e attento prezzo rapporto qualità prezzo buono un posto sicuramente da ritornare

We took parsley risottos with frogs and sweet garlic cream...an interesting combination, spaghettoni with garlic, oil and chilli pepper embellished with prawns, good desserts, honest price

30/03/2025: I was a guest of friends. Waiter with a truly inappropriate neck mole: when asked to provide knives between the appetizer and the first course he commented: "why do you cut the malfatti?" Aside from the fact that the knives were used for the second courses and therefore had to be put on the table, if you think so, at least don't say it out loud in front of the customers. Furthermore, he then brought 3 portions of malfatti for as many guests, after a few minutes the gnocchi to another person, then the fourth plate of malfatti! I don't think that tables should be served in this way. Furthermore, enormous waits between one course and the next (25/30'). Once upon a time, everything was much better! Too bad!
