04/12/2024: Dal Pescatore is a restaurant where you can perceive family, tradition and passion handed down from mother to son. Italian cuisine at its maximum expression in a typical farmhouse finely furnished with notable pieces of art and craftsmanship. Being able to meet Mrs. Nadia and exchange a few words with her was as exciting as tasting the dishes from her kitchen.

16/12/2024: The Ambasciata restaurant is a historic restaurant with a romantic and refined flavour. When you cross the threshold you enter a magical world that enchants. The staff is attentive, precise, competent and helpful. The chef makes you feel at home straight away the cuisine is something indescribable. It was a journey in a crescendo of historical proposals of excellent quality. From the welcome to the coffee. Excellent raw materials, lustful flavours, Pumpkin tortelli were indescribable, they were so good. Spectacular first courses and every component of all the dishes is handled and worked with attention, care and respect. All the passion arrives on the plate, tradition, care and the desire to give those who enter this business a unique experience magical place that enchants in every corner. Matteo Ugolotti and all his collaborators welcome and "pamper" every customer with love and meticulous attention. The Ambasciata restaurant is pure magic between a unique and romantic location, perfect and welcoming service and cuisine that leaves you speechless.☺️

11/12/2024: We went for Sunday lunch with friends: excellent food, impeccable service, old-fashioned atmosphere (it has maintained and perhaps even improved the style and quality of many years ago!!!)

10/12/2024: December 2024: still excellent! March 2023 review: Exceptional service, exceptional seafood. Very busy at peak hours, which means the service is still good but there is some effect due to the number of guests being served. No English menu but some staff speak English. Items pictured are the baccala mantecato (awesome) and the very, very good lemon sorbet and the gelato (probably orange amd mango). Fish, pasta, and meat is all good here.

09/12/2024: Great restaurant, they opened a little earlier to accommodate us. We were in the area visiting the fountain of the frogs. We had pasta. I don’t recommend the gricia because it was salty.

16/11/2024: First time yesterday at this restaurant. Masterfully prepared food, superlative Mantuan pumpkin tortelli.

03/11/2024: Very particular and welcoming place, with the atmosphere of an Anglo-Saxon pub. Gin lemon very good, as were the fried appetizers and the pizzas. The non-alcoholic cocktail is also good, sparkling and fruity with a spicy note.

27/10/2024: I thought it was a tavern, I found a pub and ate better than in the restaurant.

14/12/2024: We were last night for the first time in this splendid and comfortable place. We were welcomed with extreme kindness and friendliness by the dining room staff who immediately proved to be attentive and helpful. This first approach created a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere, ideal for enjoying the experience that the restaurant had to offer. Once seated at the table, we were immediately pampered with a delicious entrée accompanied by warm homemade bread and butter. This small gesture not only demonstrated attention to detail but also represented a perfect start to anticipate a very pleasant evening. The dishes, from the appetizer to the dessert, proved to be excellent, an expression of refined and attentive cuisine both in the attention to flavors and presentation. At the end of the evening, the manager Pietro and the Chef Matteo Zanardi, with great professionalism, wanted to know personally how we had found the experience, demonstrating genuine interest and attention for their guests. This gesture further enhanced an already impeccable evening. We will be back!

20/11/2024: We were not the first time with a large group. We ate very well as usual and as others told me, this time there was something more. The restaurant was packed and we didn't wait any longer than we should have Thanks again to all the Satakunta staff

14/12/2024: The pizza was good, the nougat cake was good, I had dinner with a friend I had just met that same evening, a little place in the city center like an old tavern, crowded but there was no chaos, we had a good time, we didn't wait long for the pizza, we were intent to get to know us. At the beginning there was a small mix-up, our reservation didn't appear on a Friday evening, but no problem, the owner was able to find a table almost immediately, the service was fantastic. We'll be back.

14/12/2024: 2 km from the center of Mantua there is the pizzeria "La botte". For us, who come from Brescia, having never been here, it was a pleasant surprise to find this place and feel so comfortable. I think it's a family-run pizza restaurant, but I'm not sure. Damn, a really nice place. Small and intimate. The pizza has a low dough and overall very good. The staff very kind and helpful. We will certainly be back.

05/11/2024: I went to this historic place, now renovated but you can still breathe the air of a trattoria inside. Stone walls, stoneware floors like old village trattorias, modern furnishings but with an ancient flavour. In summer it is possible to stay outdoors. Very satisfied with the service, attentive but never intrusive, perhaps a slight smudge in the opening of the bottle (but that's looking for the classic nitpick at all costs). Excellent menu, a proposal attentive to the territory and seasonality. It doesn't offer typical dishes but a decidedly attractive menu that could be included in some starred guide. The celeriac appetizer was excellent, the diaphragm was excellent, the duck was amazing; on desserts we are at good levels but not like the dishes already mentioned. Good selection of wines with a careful eye to organic and biodynamic. Value for money from 9. Highly recommended!!!

29/11/2024: Cold, wrong, rubbery, badly cooked pizza... what a shame. Ordered a tuna and onions, arrived home white, with caramelized onions, yellow dates and a bit of tuna thrown in at random, very little seasoning. I call them and they tell me it's like this on the menu, maybe let them know that you invented this pizza? Disgusted. You have lost quite a few customers.

09/11/2024: Le pizze più buone che abbia mai mangiato , per me la Wolverine è imbattibile . Ma il dolce di pizza con doppia cottura Nutella e cocco è una bomba . Non ho mai amato la pizza con la Nutella ma questa con doppia cottura è spettacolare . Consiglio di farci un salto e assaggiare queste meravigliose pizze . Sergio e sua moglie sono veramente due persone fantastiche , accoglienti e instancabili . Complimenti

30/08/2024: Very nice and romantic environment with beautiful house and awnings outside. Excellent dishes. Thin and well cooked pizza with good dough, very digestible and well seasoned and stuffed. The restaurant dishes are superb, first of all the risotto with porcini mushrooms in parmesan wafers and the marinated pike. But everything else does not disappoint, both meat and fish are excellent in raw materials and cooked very well. The desserts are varied and all delicious even if after an excellent dinner they may not be enjoyed but you are missing out on a lot. Friendly, friendly staff, fast service. Excellent organization and kindness. Parking nearby and large. Normal and honest prices. Reservation is mandatory. Highly recommended
