06/07/2025: Mi sono trovato a Brescia per un matrimonio che si celebrava alla Madonna del Carmine. Purtroppo, mia moglie ha avuto un malore che, in un primo momento sembrava grave: per fortuna non era così, ma ciò che è apparso incredibile, per i tempi che corrono, è stato l'impegno e la gentilezza nel soccorrerla degli esercenti e persino degli avventori della birreria, dove mia moglie era entrata per cercare refrigerio. Ecco, un valore aggiunto del locale, un luogo pieno di vibrazioni positive, sono gli esercenti e gli avventori stessi, persone colte e piacevoli. Rientrato l'allarme, ho provato la IPA, che ho trovato sorprendente per l'armonia dei luppoli e la sensazione al contempo fresca e amaricante che riesce a dare. Se volete bere bene a Brescia e incontrare un'umanità di belle persone, non avete che da andare alla birreria Spine.

09/08/2024: Come sempre pizze buone , sottili , croccanti e digeribili. La disponibilità e la simpatia del proprietario Marco è un plus.

30/07/2024: Stasera avevo voglia di una pizza diversa...così chiedo a Giusy e Marco una vellutata di Parma con frutti di mare. Mi guardano esterrefatti. Dico loro...se non è buona, vi scrivo una recensione pessima. Eccoci. 10 e lode. Buonissssssssssima. Abbiamo creato una nuova pizza! Avrà successo, perché è buona...perché lo dico io, profonda conoscitrice delle pizze! 😎 Scherzi a parte, che sia una pizza particolare, che sia una romana, che sia una margherita, una bosvaiola o un calzone, la Rustica è sempre una certezza di bontà.

12/03/2025: Quando si ha voglia di un buon sushi in un ambiente nn caotico e con i giusti spazi e il posto giusto . Personale cortese, prezzi nella media, servizio rapido ma nn ansioso, tavoli spaziosi ( cosa molto rara solitamente nei locali sushi all you can it).

17/12/2025: A 2 hour masterclass in coffee tasting and roasting as well as exceptional customer service at Coffeel in Ventimiglia, Italy. Warm greetings by Fulvio and his wife Claudia and team. The aroma of newly roasted coffee lingered in the air as we were shown around the spotless shop examining sacks of green coffee beans from different parts of the world, we then watched the process of roasting the coffee bean followed by a kitchen counter tasting experience. The presentation was top notch lead by the Team at Coffeel and we were transformed by the workshop. We were shown their passion , values and made the experience personal. we left with personalized bag of coffee for our new Chemex. An experience I would highly recommend !!!
