Plus, this is the state of the sandwich, which was also cold.
Speechless.
03/09/2025: Disappointing across the board, poorly maintained environment, food to be completely overhauled, boiled hamburgers, poor quality bread, chips that taste like they've been frozen, 22 euros truly wasted.

19/10/2025: We had a snack at this bar on a Sunday afternoon. We weren't sure if the Amalfi and the Papillon were the same thing because we were sitting at the Amalfi and the man told us to sit at the tables at the top of the sun, which were still his (but in front of the Papillon). Even when we ordered, we had seen the sfogliatelle and pasticciotti in the window, and the lady told us they were at the Amalfi but that she would go get them, so who knows.
The order was taken fairly quickly, but the wait was long, and the coffee arrived plain instead of macchiato, even though the lady had asked during the order if it was macchiato.
06/10/2025: The rudeness is typical here, it seems like they pay for your drinks, not to mention the prices, I also add that the bathrooms are not clean.

18/10/2025: The nice thing is the location, for the rest.... spaghetti with clams overcooked and tasteless, you can only taste the garlic, mixed fried fish to avoid. Bottle of water 0.75 euros 4.50 cover charge 2.90 euros.....everything seems excessive to me.
11/10/2025: Intrigued by the convenience of parking our e-bikes, we stopped for lunch.
Poor food (piadina was so burnt I've never seen it!) + pasta + water for a whopping €38.50.
Long, well-stretched strides!

22/11/2025: I ordered a simple coffee and, unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The coffee was truly low-quality, and even a splash of cold milk was added to the bill. Considering the service and the final result, I wouldn't return and I wouldn't recommend it.

26/10/2025: Extremely welcoming staff, Mrs. Melita was very kind, charming, and truly helpful. The location was excellent for exploring this part of the lake. There were a few small things about the room that could be improved, but overall it was very clean and nice.

08/09/2025: Honestly, I think it's unacceptable that during a night out at the club, after queuing for a good ten minutes at the bar, I was given a drink that had been heavily diluted with water. Other than that, the evening went pretty well. Parking was difficult to find, and the area doesn't seem very safe.
07/09/2025: EMBARRASSING THEY ADVERTISE GUESTS WHO AREN'T THERE
I paid €25 because they advertised a Pride evening with Elenoir Ferruzzi and Santissima Vicky, but they never showed up. I later found out on Instagram that Ferruzzi was at the Pride Village in Padua. The music was terrible and unlistenable; all the songs were edited into a terrible techno style, it felt like the hardcore club at Florida. Not to mention the drinks, where they didn't have sparkling water or even regular orange juice. 🤣🤣🤣 Never again.

19/09/2025: On top of waiting 25 minutes despite calling ahead, four poorly made pizzas—half raw, half burned!
The next day we felt sick!

09/09/2025: Last night was my friend's birthday and we had supper at BRESCIA's Little Hot Pot. But what I didn't expect was that you could taste the tip of a knife in the oysters... Afterwards my friend approached the owner but their attitude was really speechless. They didn't show any comfort or apology at all... They just asked which table we were from... When it was time to pay the bill, they ran away and hid. If they didn't have enough change, they wouldn't have shown up. It was really funny. BRESCIA's Little Hot Pot. If you are tough and not afraid of 🐭, go and eat there. They eat without saying a word.
11/07/2025: It's improved. The food is delicious and the atmosphere is pleasant. You can eat and listen to music. The prices aren't high.

08/10/2025: We've been there three times already...the manager speaks German, and so does the current service staff...so no barriers! Very nice...we felt very comfortable, and the view of the castle was fantastic!

01/08/2025: Terrible experience. The barista wanted to pay for using the restroom. Before telling me where the correct door was, she wanted me to get a coffee. When I left, I paid for the coffee but didn't drink it, leaving me wondering what I thought of the situation.
The door has no indication that it's a restroom, and the light went off while I was doing my business, I think intentionally, to force me to leave early.
I would have gladly bought something out of courtesy. Unpleasant experience.
If I could, I would have given it negative stars.
Highly not recommended.

20/11/2025: Never go to this café, the service is the worst you can imagine. The man behind the counter is an unpleasant person who looks at customers with contempt and disdain from head to toe. With this kind of attitude, it's better not to work with the public. I will never return. I hope my experience will be useful for other people to avoid going there as well.
04/10/2025: A grumpy waiter initially turned my wife away, assuming she was a passerby and not a guest. Then I gestured from a distance by raising my hand to indicate I wanted to pay. His response: raise my hand...?
I then gestured that I wanted to pay. His response... the same gesture again. Finally, he gestured for me to pay inside. I walked in and was given a rude, backhanded scolding, after which I calmly told him to behave himself. What a rude, sociable person. The woman behind the bar was polite and polite!
