21/01/2026: My name is Mirko Marchesi, I'm 52 years old, and on Saturday a customer took me to this restaurant for lunch. I asked if it was possible to have carbonara (not on the menu). I'm writing this first-ever review because I found the carbonara perfect in every detail: plating, temperature, and flavor. I was particularly struck by how the different flavors were so delicately expressed. Despite having lived in Rome for 18 months, I consider this carbonara the best I've ever eaten, and the service is equally excellent. Thank you so much, ARTE E GUSTO.. BRAVISSIMI

07/01/2026: Highly not recommended. A 30-minute wait for a cold first course, tough meat, eaten COLD, and the reason for this was large windows, no WiFi due to thick walls... Never again.

15/10/2025: Patrizia gave us a warm welcome right away. Although the campsite is a bit dated, we appreciated the cleanliness, especially the restrooms.

30/11/2025: Three vegetarian piadinas were on the menu; the ones I ordered weren't available.
And that alone would have been enough to understand where I was...
But that's the least of it.
The girl at the cashier gave the best...
There were two of us, not twenty. I don't know how many times I had to repeat that, in addition to the two piadinas, I wanted two chips and two sparkling waters.

15/01/2026: Terrible experience. They charged me €11 for a plate of plain polenta for lunch (because I wasn't feeling well and couldn't order anything else). The waitress told me it was the price of a main course... just plain polenta. They'll never see me again after that.
