10/04/2025: I will edit and republish the review. I don't know why, but Google didn't like the previous review. February 2022: sorry to say, but we will now completely exclude this pizzeria due to the service. After yet another late delivery, this was the one that made us decide to go to someone else more reliable. After a quarter of an hour's delay I call the pizza chef who tells me that the boy has just left now: an excuse already used other times when the pizza chef forgot about our reservation and launched into a preparation in record time, throwing the ingredients haphazardly on the pizza, distributing them badly. I call him back after another quarter of an hour, he tells me that the boy has arrived, he's almost under my front door. I go to meet him but no one is there and calling the pizzeria is useless, no one answers. By now we were also about to go out for dinner since no one showed up here, when the delivery man arrives, saying he ended up in the wrong street, an excuse that no longer holds. Finally after an hour's delay we sit at the table with our pizzas... completely COLD. After this terrible experience, we would never go to this pizzeria again and we had already been patient on other occasions, but such a situation had never happened to us. Nothing to say about the goodness of the pizza, but as far as the service is concerned, the practice is now that the delivery arrives late and sometimes we ourselves are the customers who remind the pizza chef that he must also prepare our pizzas, with his apologies as to the reason for the delay which aren't really worth much. We are truly sorry because we have been your customers for years and once upon a time things worked much better. The only star is for the disastrous service that is now rampant, nothing to say about the goodness of the pizza.

19/10/2024: ordered kebab and it arrived an hour late we ordered the menu and the chips and drink did not arrive

18/03/2025: I was very impressed by the beauty of the place. Very nice young sales assistant, polite, friendly and helpful. I will return for sure!

06/01/2025: Davvero bello e menù sempre ben curato, piatti tipici molto gustosi, servizio eccellente. La proprietaria simpaticissima ed i fogli sempre sorridenti. Abbiamo saputo che in cucina c'è la nonna dei ragazzi e le facciamo i complimenti. Torte ottime. Torneremo presto.

18/08/2024: Ottimo posto. Ottima cucina. Lo consiglio. Consiglio: a parere mio per la parte esterna cercherei una soluzione più in sintonia con la natura.

21/03/2024: LOCATION sotto i portici e con affaccio su piazza della Libertà, parecchi tavolini all’esterno. Locale luminoso, moderno e ben arredato COLAZIONE ottimo il cappuccio, buona la brioche

22/05/2025: Very nice lady, delicious coffee and fresh brioches and panini, brioches stuffed on site, savory sandwiches too, warm in the toaster. Low prices!

14/04/2025: Locale molto carino e accogliente. La titolare è una persona molto gentile e sorridente. Ottimo per la colazione. Abbiamo mangiato a pranzo e ho trovato tutto molto buono. Hanno anche un ottimo pane, che è possibile acquistare.

20/06/2025: Un servicio absolutamente terrible en este bar Heineken en el aeropuerto de Bérgamo. La señora fue tan grosera charlando con su amiga durante tanto tiempo ignorándonos esperando y corriendo al avión. Después de darnos bebidas mostró lo infeliz que era que interrumpimos su charla. No hola no gracias no modales en absoluto.

08/06/2024: Per chi ama l'atmosfera familiare e per chi desidera staccare la spina dalla caos quotidiano consiglio questo posto. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, staff cordiale, disponibile e simpatico... buonissime le pietanze.. lo consiglio.

04/04/2025: Eine fantastische Bar wo einfach alles stimmt! Der beste Inhaber mit der besten Inhaberin. Töchter helfen im Service. Es gibt dort den weltbesten Aperol Spritz!

04/05/2025: Este lugar es absolutamente horrible. El personal es incapaz, la comida para los turistas solo se compra comestibles y los lugareños obtienen las cosas buenas.

04/05/2025: Este lugar es terrible, fuimos aquí dos veces una por bebidas y la otra para el desayuno. Pudimos ver ambas veces que, las bebidas y la comida hecha para los lugareños son completamente diferentes. La comida para nosotros fue literalmente comprada en la tienda e instantáneamente sacamos nuestros ojos del paquete. El personal es malo. Aconsejo a cada turista que visite Bérgamo que se salte este lugar.

21/07/2024: L’Albergo Ristorante dell’Angelo da fuori si presenta un po’ datato, nel senso che sembra di essere catapultato negli anni 70, e non è un difetto. Il ristorante ha una sala ampia che credo possa contenere poco meno di un centinaio di coperti. Ci sono anche dei tavoli in esterno. Eravamo in quattro e abbiamo mangiato i classici casoncelli alla bergamasca e i pizzoccheri Di secondo cervo in umido e coniglio alla cacciatora accompagnati dalla polenta taragna. Che dire, non potevo mangiare meglio!!! Il servizio impeccabile e veloce, i casoncelli se pur non preparati in cucina ma acquistati, risultavano di alta qualità, conditi con pancetta croccante burro e salvia, come da tradizione. I pizzoccheri erano cucinati bene e conditi discretamente, forse si sentiva giusto la mancanza dell’aglio che non si percepiva. Il cervo era superlativo!! Si scioglieva in bocca. Speziato al punto giusto e sapido proprio quanto necessario. Il coniglio era sicuramente del circuito locale e non della grande distribuzione, in quanto la carne era ben attaccata all’osso. Rosolato bene e non stracotto, risultava ben rosato e saporito. La polenta taragna era una prelibatezza. Ovviamente il formaggio predominante era il taleggio( bhe visto dove siamo) Insomma cos’altro dire…Ahhhh!! Il prezzo. Una parola sola:”onesto”. Sicuramente torneremo e faccio davvero i complimenti ai ristoratori che hanno saputo valorizzare il territorio con una cucina di altri tempi
