17/08/2025: The pizzas (both slices and whole) were very good, varied, and easy to digest. What makes you stay is the service. I've read reviews complaining about the same thing, but the person at the counter was rude and unfriendly. In our case, we asked for takeout pizzas, and they seemed to prefer not to do them (and they hated the money). It was a constant "Are you sure?" "There's a bit of a wait, I have tables, other takeout to do, I don't know..." From there, I asked how long the wait would be and was told half an hour... come on, half an hour is acceptable, sometimes you wait that long, even when sitting at a table to eat. I don't quite understand this attitude. Moreover, when ordering, it seemed like it was a problem to make changes to the pizzas on the menu (in this case, it involved swapping the mozzarella for scamorza). It's not the first time I've been here, as I'm often in Massa, and I don't remember ever leaving there satisfied or happy with the service. I don't recommend it.

18/08/2025: I discovered La Lanterna Bistro almost by accident and immediately fell in love!!! A welcoming place, meticulously maintained, with a warm and relaxed atmosphere. In the evening, they serve authentic Neapolitan pizza, the kind with a thick, fragrant crust, made with the freshest, highest-quality ingredients, many of which are traditional Neapolitan. An explosion of flavor with every bite! The service is impeccable: the staff is incredibly kind, smiling, and always available. They make you feel at home from the moment you arrive. Highly recommended if you're looking for an authentic, tasty, and enjoyable experience. I'll definitely be back!

18/08/2025: I often go there in the evening for the pizza menu, so I like it. It's almost always very crowded and very noisy. The atmosphere and furnishings are dated. Late in the evening, the dessert selection is limited.

20/07/2025: Excellent restaurant/pizzeria, good products and excellent cuisine. I've been there several times, eating both pizza and seafood dishes, and I keep coming back because it's always worth it. Excellent value for money. Friendly and helpful staff.

06/08/2025: Found it by chance via TheFork. It was a very quiet weekday evening, and the place was nice, although a little dark in some areas, where we were sitting. Excellent food, truly spectacular and not at all heavy burgers. I recommend the one with tuna tartare and avocado, really good. The burger bun is homemade. Friendly and helpful staff. Great experience!

30/07/2025: A very authentic, family-run bistro with excellent service and delicious food. Many guests are already waiting outside even before opening time. If you have the opportunity to visit Milan, it's worth making a detour to the suburbs to sample this down-to-earth, homemade cuisine – the value for money is excellent.

13/08/2025: Excellent. What's truly refreshing is realizing that you can go away from a place for a while, and when you return, you find it hasn't changed. A few years later, I returned, and the value for money is truly fantastic, as is the service and the quality of the atmosphere and food. The equally courteous staff is professional and flawless. Definitely go there. It's going to be hard not to be satisfied.

04/04/2025: Just had Christmas lunch... what can I say... A spectacle! Even during other occasions or lunches during the year you can never go wrong... Gabriele and Silvio are always on point! Thank you. Update as of 04.04.2025...Always a guarantee. Silvio and Gabriele always very kind... and the lunch slides down with happiness for the palate. His dishes are paintings!

20/07/2025: Male male male. A parte il posto che vorrebbe vendersi come scandinavo ma semplicemente e’ minimalistico ma anche tenuto non tanto bene. Passi la tavolata su tavolo di legno senza tovaglia, ma il tavolo è mezzo rotto. Non è arredamento minimal, ma tirchieria La parte peggiore però è il menù e il cibo. Ora sorvoliamo sul fatto che non è un vero brunch, ma il loro menù è composto da: 3 opzioni con le uova e 3 contorni che sono un cous cous, delle melanzane e delle patate. Di questi contorni devi sceglierne 2. Non solo non c’entrano niente col brunch, ma praticamente non hai scelta. Infatti non ho preso il menù (io, da cultore del brunch…) ma uova e un French toast E veniamo al cibo: porzioni minuscole, gusto così così, ma la cosa peggiore è il French toast - un accrocchio che era una specie di fetta di torta calda con marmellata e frutti di bosco sopra. Rendiamoci conto bene: NON SANNO COSA E’ UN FRENCH TOAST in un posto di brunch. Non volendo fare casino essendo in compagnia non ho detto nulla ma siamo al ridicolo DA EVITARE
