23/07/2025: Sono ritornato dopo tanti anni perché avevo un bel e buon ricordo di questo locale, devo dire che c’è stato un cambiamento molto evidente, i prezzi sono pari ad un qualsiasi ristorante Giapponese a Milano, non era così una volta. A parte questo, complessivamente il locale é valido solo che entrando pensi di trovare un ambiente con servizio giapponese, invece i camerieri erano indiani. Quindi perdi un po’ la poesia. Il cibo discreto tranne il salmone ( tartare ) l’ho trovata veramente scarsa, salmone di allevamento riconoscibilissimo dalle striature bianche molto evidenti. Cosa che in un ristorante del genere ti aspetti una qualità superiore. Comunque nell’insieme accettabile

19/07/2025: Our aim with this review is to offer a constructive opinion that can help improve your customers' experience. From the outset, choosing a restaurant like this involves a higher cost than the traditional "All You Can Eat" option, and for this very reason, it's not something you do every day, but a pleasure you indulge in intentionally. We therefore expected a higher level of quality, but, with the exception of the raw red shrimp and tuna belly, we didn't perceive a significant difference compared to the "AYCE" option. Having been fortunate enough to visit Japan, we expected a similar gastronomic experience, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case at all. On top of all this, we also ordered sea urchin nigiri, which unfortunately were in poor condition. The flavor was clearly altered and the product wasn't fresh. We reported it first to the waitress when she asked how our meal was going (which was ignored), and a second time—very clearly—to whoever appeared to be the dining room manager, after we'd already paid the bill, to emphasize that our intent wasn't to avoid paying, but to provide honest feedback. Unfortunately, we felt our report wasn't taken into account. We both know sea urchin well and can distinguish a matter of taste from spoiled product. It was a real shame, because this detail ruined our entire experience at Osaka. All it would have taken for someone on the staff to show interest, perhaps even try it, to prevent other customers from experiencing the same situation. Unfortunately, at the end of the meal, we both began to feel nauseous and have stomach pains, further confirming that something was wrong with one of the dishes served. We believe that with greater attention to the product and listening to the customer, the overall experience can be significantly improved, and we hope this feedback will be helpful in that regard.

13/08/2025: Terrible in every way: zero cleanliness, poor service, cold sandwiches and food. Slow to say the least. Extremely dirty restrooms. It's a shame I have to give at least one star to publish my review, but it deserves zero.

01/08/2025: First time! Not having fully understood the booking process, we went to see things in person. We arrived right at 7:30 PM on Thursday... the few nearby parking spaces are still quite free... 100 meters to the entrance and then off... towards the area where the Milanese music show will be held... free admission. Once we reached the show area, a quick guy showed us some tables for two where we could sit. The show starts at 10 PM, so we easily chose a platter for two, drinks... and desserts from the bar menu. A nice girl quickly took our order... she handed us the bill, which we paid immediately, and everything arrived 10 minutes later. Very good, good quality, normal prices! We finished 15 minutes before the evening started. The music was nice, although I was expecting more traditional and popular Milanese songs...! What I liked least were the festive and birthday tables in the same area as the show, and since they showed little interest in the music, they made a lot of noise about their business! Perhaps it would be better, given their lack of interest in the show, to put them in a more secluded corner...they won't even notice! We'll do a thorough check, perhaps with some jazz! We'll see! For now, the food and service are good, but as for the rest, meh!

10/04/2025: I go every now and then for coffee/breakfast, and collect parcels. The coffee is good and the staff has very kind ways, which is very important to me. Well done. The only drawback: it's difficult to park.

21/07/2025: First time at this pizzeria. We had already tried dinner one evening without a reservation, but it was packed. We recommend making a reservation, as the restaurant, although spacious and with plenty of seating, is very popular. We were really satisfied: we ordered both the grilled meat and the fish, and everything was delicious. The staff was fast, professional, and courteous. The prices are truly excellent, especially considering it's on Lake Garda. Highly recommended!

17/07/2025: I've been eating at this restaurant for years, and it's still one of the best in the area. The staff is very attentive and friendly, and the owner makes you feel at home! There's a lot of choice on the menu, and all the dishes are excellent.

31/07/2025: It's cheap, but there must be a reason. The menu is limited, and the same low-quality ingredients are used in every dish (few pizzas, 2 or 3 first courses, and scant appetizers. Main courses are nonexistent). Neapolitan-style pizzas, but half-cooked and hard to digest. The place is very chaotic and shabby. The staff is inexperienced and rushed. Dinner is served in two sittings, 7:30-9:00 PM, like a cafeteria. Highly not recommended.

25/07/2025: The quality-price ratio is excellent but the place is still a bit too noisy.

20/07/2025: Super clean and comfortable, the rooms are new and equipped with all the comforts. My wife and I stayed here for one night in a double room. Perfect! Recommended.

16/06/2025: I really liked it, both the food and the service. It has been recently modernized and expanded, I found it very elegant. The service is professional and the raw materials used to compose the dishes are excellent. We will definitely be back!

07/08/2025: Honestly, for a hamburger and fries, a hamburger and fries platter, a medium beer, and two Cokes, €33 seems rather excessive. The air conditioning where my daughters and I sat was nonexistent (it was scorching hot). The wait was 50 minutes.
