A splendid, chic Japanese restaurant with attentive staff, excellent cuisine, and friendly service. Private and perfect for an evening with family, friends, or a romantic dinner.

Excellent experience. We dined at the counter with the chefs preparing the various dishes in front of us. A wonderful experience, the dishes were excellent.

I need to revise the review I wrote a year ago, after visiting the new location. I'll start by saying that the decor is still very minimal. Everything we ate was excellent; the Wagyu nigiri and the saithe were amazing. From previous visits, I'd highlight the marinated tuna belly... amazing, as was the eel with omelette and rice! Osaka is perfect if you want to eat quality Japanese food in Milan. The food is excellent, but the atmosphere leaves a bit to be desired. And I have to say that this time the service was truly awful. There were six of us, and the waiter couldn't offer any advice. He could have easily ripped us off. Furthermore, he never brought forks and knives as requested, and one person's main course arrived half an hour after the others'... unacceptable for a restaurant where you can easily spend €150 a person.

A historic Japanese restaurant in Milan. It recently moved 200 meters from its previous location, but the restaurant's atmosphere has definitely improved. Classic cuisine, so don't expect messy sushi or strange sauces. They make their own homemade soy sauce. Don't ask for teriyaki sushi!!! (A girl at the table next to the bistro did it this evening... 🤦🏼‍♂️) The food is always excellent, delicious sushi and sashimi; the thin scorpionfish sashimi was spectacular. But the dishes from the kitchen are also amazing. The grilled amberjack cheek is delicious, the monkfish liver is particularly special, the tempura is exceptional, and the black cod is too. I highly recommend checking it out. Parking isn't easy, but there's a lot at the end of the street where you can find a spot.

Historic Japanese restaurant. The new location is larger but decidedly more beautiful, with different rooms and spaces. The cuisine is top-notch, as always. The summer menu is interesting.

Incredible authentic Japanese cuisine and sushi. Some of the freshest tasting sushi I have ever had. Great service. The waitress was so kind and professional.

A truly welcoming, traditional restaurant. Service is friendly, polite, and fast. The dishes are excellent, and Japanese cuisine is flavorful and refined. Prices are, of course, higher than average, but justified by the quality of the food and service.

My boyfriend and I went for dinner. We were really impressed by the attention to detail and the dedication to authentic flavors. I especially wanted to thank Paul, who served us. He was very kind, helpful, and helped us enjoy the food. We'll definitely be back, thank you!

The staff are wonderful, had a great time conversing with them in Japanese. The itamae 板前 (sushi chef working the counter) put together an excellent chirashi plus many à la carte sashimi pieces. Having just returned from Tokyo, it felt like home…
