22/09/2025: I'm sorry because I've known this pizzeria for years, but last night I was served a truly awful Margherita pizza. Tomatoes with a sour taste Hard mozzarella. Dough without a drop of oil, oregano, or basil. Truly disappointing. This is the second time it's happened, but there won't be a third.

05/08/2025: The pizzas we tried yesterday were truly disappointing. The dough and tomato were tasteless, the mozzarella was low-quality...the cooked ham was unremarkable, and so was the sausage. They arrived cold. I even got a pizza (marinara) as a gift... The photos speak for themselves.

17/09/2025: Focaccia sold for its weight in gold. It's good because everything filled with oil is good.

12/06/2025: Very good focaccia but staff needs to be reviewed. Kindness and courtesy should be the order of the day for those who work with the public (even if you are in Genoa and you could hide behind the poor welcome). After spending 10 euros on focaccia they denied me a plastic fork inviting me to go and buy it at Coop and saying that focaccia is eaten with your hands. All this just because I had a small tray with vegetables that I wanted to eat with the focaccia (even standing up not necessarily at the table) together with a friend of mine who was eating a salad taken from them. Forks, even if you are a customer, can only be requested with the purchase of the salad. I advise the owner to review the marketing strategy and train his employees also on adequate communication skills, to deny a fork losing 4 customers who will certainly not speak well of the place I think is not that productive. Congratulations again for the focaccia instead!

20/10/2025: We went to the bar in October and drank a café latte and ate tiramisu. The coffee wasn't really hot, but the tiramisu was okay. When I wanted to use the restroom, I accidentally used the one reserved for staff. The notice was on the sliding door, but I couldn't see it because the sliding door was open, obscuring the sign. An older gentleman, presumably the owner, saw this and yelled at me in Italian. Not particularly customer-friendly, as was the case in the café in general.

18/10/2025: Pizza was very good and inexpensive!

05/10/2025: Carbonara is more of a combination of pasta and scrambled eggs, it was hard for us to finish it. Ravioli in bolognese sauce is a bit better, but not amazing either.

23/09/2025: I had a really good time! The staff was friendly and helpful, the food was superb, and the prices were even better.

13/08/2025: I bought some takeaway pinsa but the worst ones I've ever eaten arrived flat, burnt and sugary, terrible taste, the ones I buy in shops for €2.50 are filled by me and are excellent, I will never order from Snoopy again, terrible quality/price ratio too

07/07/2025: The pizza was good even though there were 3 pieces of aubergine and all of them were "butts" The Recco-style focaccia.... ignoble! It didn't even have the name Recco! Only positive note The service was punctual according to the scheduled time.

10/08/2025: Not bad. Maybe because it's summer, when everyone goes on vacation, I saw the staff cleaning. Honestly, I would have preferred to eat without the smell of disinfectant. The food wasn't bad. There was still a lot of dirt, like on the table or floor, and I hope it doesn't stay that way all year round.

10/08/2025: The best gelato in Genoa! Nice atmosphere, friendly and knowledgeable staff. More than generous scoops. One of my favorite places, a regular stop for years now ❤️

04/09/2025: The food was good and worth the price. We were a bit annoyed by the waitresses, who were loudly engaged with friends/acquaintances. I think it's inappropriate to play videos at full volume on your smartphone in a restaurant. Unprofessional and inconsiderate. I think there's room for improvement here.

17/08/2025: I can't recommend eating there. The carbonara is pasta with water and a raw egg. Inedible!!! After complaining, they tell you it's the right way and throw the food back into the pan. Typical, unacceptable! Better spend your money somewhere else!

11/07/2025: Good morning, recommended by our dear friends, we came to buy a few of the delicacies they have, having spent well over €17, with more than five bags of food I always politely asked if they could give us some tissues... Also because you pay for everything in here... The very annoyed lady said she could only give me a sheet of paper towel... And she shows up with only two tear-offs. There are already two of us, with more than five bags of food including arancini, white focaccia, red focaccia, dry, two savory pies, among other things cut with a knife that not even the Chinese sell for home cooking, reducing the slice with potatoes to small pieces so this would not only mean providing a paper towel but in some delicatessens the possibility of also having disposable cutlery, perhaps, given their very high prices... we also bought the small pizzas... I always asked politely if he could give us at least a few more pieces since they are insufficient to consume all this greasy wonder... He answered me in a rather arrogant tone that the roll of paper towels is sold in Basko... I only asked him if it seemed like a way to respond after I spent €17 to eat their things and that I know perfectly well where the paper towels are sold, but this attitude towards the public seems rather inappropriate to me if this very nice lady is not suitable for being with the public she should change jobs, it is not the customer's fault to spend all this money on Very few things, obviously I point out that the list of what I bought seems long, but the quantity is very small. I agree with the only receipt that the lady gave us... very annoyed, she gave me two more sheets of paper towel... Obviously we will never come back. Now we go to Basko and buy the blessed paper towel where so tragically we have to feel guilty for having bought food from this wonderful place. The food is certainly good, but perhaps people like that should not be in contact with the public. Obviously, everything they weighed to put the price on was packaged, so even a milligram of paper and trays was lost… As you can see, even though paper towels are a household product, they don't cost so much as to bankrupt the very expensive deli… The plastic bag, just to mention it, which we obviously paid for, didn't even arrive in the car, because it split in two… Anyway, the products we purchased are certainly good quality, otherwise our dear friends wouldn't have recommended them to us—other than Guido and the lovely, rather inadequate lady—these are good products, no doubt. 22/09/2025: Greetings to everyone, and a special hello to those visiting. The renowned Guarino gelateria on Spianata Castelletto is a guarantee of quality gelato and a selection of Genoese flavors (see parfaits). I can guarantee that over the years, the gelato has been of the highest quality. I've been enjoying gelato for 54 years that, for me, is 10-star. Under both the old and new management, they continue to thrill the palate. Well done, keep it up. I love Genoa.

26/04/2025: The pizza is very good, but every time we order it arrives 30-40 minutes late, ALWAYS! Small update after 1 year: I want to note a clear improvement regarding delivery times, times are better respected! Super takeaway pizza :)
