02/03/2026: They are very fast and gentle, they have different types of dough to choose from, but the nnoasti are quick-leavening, in fact I chose yeast-free dough.
25/01/2026: The pizza is excellent with all the top quality ingredients and always fresh. The place is very clean and tidy. I have tasted several specialties and they are all delicious.

26/03/2026: The best in Nervi, I can't say enough after visiting three pizzerias. It's not about eating a pinsa, but about savoring and distinguishing the quality of the various ingredients...from the dough to the oil, the tomato...the fantastic buffalo mozzarella and 'nduja...this is enjoying food. Thank you.
