14/06/2025: Abbiamo notato il titolare fare del sarcasmo letteralmente alle spalle di un cliente che indugiava davanti al frigo dei gelati. Una scena come questa non solo si scontra con le tante foto autocelebrative sulla parete ma fa davvero dubitare sul rispetto che si dovrebbe avere nei confronti del cliente. Per il resto abbiamo ordinato delle focacce che non hanno incontrato il nostro gusto. Lo consiglio a chi ricerca un locale con tavoli ed aria condizionata vicino l'università.

09/06/2025: Disfrutamos de un almuerzo casual en un par de ocasiones en HB Café, tanto como era conveniente para nuestro hotel, el personal era muy amable y lo más importante, la comida era buena. A la llegada nos sentaron rápidamente y nos dieron menús. Había un montón de platos para elegir, pero seleccionamos una sabrosa pizza de anchoa para tener con nuestro Campari Spritz. Había una opción de sentarse dentro o fuera de la calle - lado; nos sentamos fuera para ver el "desfile de paso". Los precios eran razonables.

26/08/2025: I had a delicious coffee and a donut, both delicious, at this restaurant and bar serving traditional Asian cuisine, located on the ground floor of the La Fiumara shopping center in Genoa's Sampierdarena district. The staff were welcoming, smiling, knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. The service was attentive, fast, and the prices were good! 23/08/2025: Quick service, excellent food, freshly prepared in front of you, generous portions, and reasonable prices. I especially appreciated that the tofu and vegetables in my vegetarian teriyaki were cooked separately, away from the meat. A small touch, much appreciated! Highly recommended!

26/07/2025: Sono andato a cena connla mia famiglia per assaggiare la focaccia al formaggio di questonlocale . Dopo una lunga attesa , capibile di sabato , al momento dell'ordine ho chiesto una focaccia al formaggio come antipasto in quanto volevamo assaggiarla per decidere eventualmente se ordinarla come piatto principale . La risposta del camerier è stata che non era possibile e che ci avrebbe portato la focaccia al formaggio insieme al resto dell'ordine . Stupito della risposta ho provato ad insistere spiegandole volevamo assaggiarla e se c'è la portava insieme al resto non ci sarebbe stato possibile . Ol cameriere , in modo irriverente , ha continuato a negarsi questa possibilità. Fossi stato da solo me ne sarei andato ma per non creare ulteriore disagio alle mie figlie ho lascito che loro ordinassero la pizza. Decisamente il cameriere con il suo comportamento , maleducato , ha rovinato la cena a me ed a tutta la mia famiglia . Le pizze arrivate a detta di chi le ha mangiate , io non ho ordinato nulla, erano di buon livello e si presentavano bene . Peccato chi ci è stato impedito di assaggiare la focaccia al formaggio ma fortunatamente non sono gli unici a farla . Sicuramente non tornerò più in questo locale

20/07/2025: Avevamo scelto questo posto per "andare sul sicuro" un sabato sera dopo il mare. E infatti focaccia di Recco e pizzata all'altezza delle aspettative. Niente da dire anche sulle acciughe fritte. Abbiano fatto l'errore di prendere il dentice "fuori menù", proposto in due modi: alla ligure, niente di che e gusto del pesce mascherato dall'intingolo, al forno con verdure croccanti veramente pessimo. Il pesce è arrivato in poco tempo e i due tranci spessi quasi tre centimetri non possono cuocersi in 10 minuti. Nel mio caso era palese che era stato cotto ore prima e rimesso in forno per essere scaldato. Risultato: blocco stopposo immangiabile. Velo pietoso sulle verdure croccanti e sulla torretta di "purée", esagerata e insapore, su cui il blocco era stato posato. Ma il vero problema di questo pasto ok per il 50% delle portate, e per il restante 50% da dimenticare, è stata la tavolata letteralmente a contatto con il nostro tavolo, con il risultato che la nostra ospite si è sentita conficcare nella schiena la spalliera della seggiola dei nostri vicini più volte e si è beccata più volte anche i colpi dei poveri camerieri che faticavano a muoversi nella selva infernale di tavoli e sedie. Caos inenarrabile, serata faticosa. Il tutto solo nella sala interna, dove siamo stati incastonati nell'ultimo angolino in fondo, perché in veranda c'era un clima del tutto diverso. Evidentemente ci sono clienti dj serie A a clienti di serie B per la Pizzeria del Ponte, dove non torneremo. Sconsigliata. Consigliamo ai gestori di diminuire e distanziare i tavoli nella sala interna per garantire ossigeno e spazio vitale ai propri clienti, a tutti.

03/06/2025: La ubicación es agradable. A pesar de que hice una reserva dos semanas antes de que nos sentáramos en una mesa bajo el sol, pedimos también sentarse en una mesa cercana, pero nos dijeron que es una mesa para tres. Pocos minutos después una pareja sin ninguna reserva se sentó allí. La señora gerente / propietario a cargo era muy grosero y desagradable. El servicio y la comida eran promedio, la relación calidad-precio era baja, incluso para Portofino.

27/05/2025: Después de dos comidas anteriores decepcionantes en Portofino, buscamos el restaurante más inteligente con el menú más imaginativo, en una ubicación fabulosa, para disfrutar realmente de nuestra última noche en este hermoso pueblo. O’Magazin marcó todas las casillas y nos sentamos junto al agua con personal amable, buen vino (a 20€ por copa) y una deliciosa cesta de pan con aceite. Estábamos emocionados de que nuestra comida llegara. Y entonces los buenos tiempos terminaron. Tal vez deberíamos haber adivinado cuando no nos preguntaron cómo se cocinaría el bistec. El filete llegó nadando en una cantidad ridícula de salsa y acompañado de nada ni siquiera adorno. Así que rápidamente pedimos un poco de fritas que llegaron rápidamente y apenas cubrieron el fondo del plato. El filete estaba tan duro que raspamos la salsa para mirarlo y estaba gris, casi nacarado. Con retrospectiva deberíamos haber enviado de vuelta, pero en realidad estábamos tratando de tener una experiencia gastronómica satisfactoria. Mis propios medallones de atún también fueron asfixiados en salsa / aceite con tomates y aceitunas. El atún estaba demasiado cocido y había reposado demasiado tiempo antes de ser servido. Ninguno de los dos hizo ningún progreso con nuestra comida y pagó la cuenta y se fue. El personal sonriente y alegre y la hermosa ubicación no compensaron la peor comida que he encontrado. La factura era escandalosa con frituras a 12€ por persona. Acepto que debería haberme quejado mientras estaba en el restaurante, pero la mala comida en Portofino me había desgastado. Al día siguiente la ciudad se redimió en Portofino Bistro, casi al lado de O’Magazin y estoy feliz de darle una crítica fabulosa.

14/08/2025: Rude staff. The whole place is empty - we are the second taken table. We asked to sit on the beach chairs - the answer was „no”. When I asked why the answer was „because there are two beach chairs to one table” - but the restaurant was empty (only us and one other table taken) so we asked if we could just use 3 chairs and one table but the answer was still rude „no”.

I ask for home delivery and assembly right from the start when ordering. They tell me it’s not possible. It’s not a service they do anymore, it’s outsourced to external companies with unreasonable costs. I ask at least for home delivery. We agree on Sunday 30 June early in the morning. The carrier arrives at 1 pm (a somewhat broad concept for early in the morning but oh well, it can happen). The insert module, as expected, is very complicated to assemble and would require qualified personnel and after a whole day of attempts, I give up on assembling it. The outdoor cabinet, on the other hand... magic! It's not the one I paid for! But a duplicate of the previous insert module. And if you have the unfortunate idea of ​​thinking about making a return, the procedure is so complex and logistically impossible (if I asked for home delivery because the stuff didn't fit in my car, how do I bring the same stuff back with the same car?), that the best thing to do is take everything to the recycling bins and dispose of the incorrect delivery in this way. Never mind the money thrown away. But anyway, they were the last ones spent at Ikea. I'll see about buying the module and cabinet again from other companies. As far as I'm concerned, after this experience Ikea can also close down in all of Italy starting from the Genoa store. For purchases I advise everyone to go elsewhere (you pay the same and at least you have a decent transport and assembly service), and to the enlightened managers who manage everything, a sincere applause for having removed the service that made you a winner compared to the competition: that is, the precise delivery and assembly in house.
