14/12/2025: Terrible. We arrived 10 minutes before our reservation and were told to wait 10-15 minutes. After at least 20 minutes, what appeared to be the manager came out and told us it would be a bit longer because he didn't have any tables, and offered to sit at two different tables, one for six and one for three. (I'm going out with friends and family so we can sit at different tables, after all.) Naturally, we said yes and that we'd wait. (I also pointed out that I had two little girls, a 5-year-old and an 8-month-old, and that he'd been told the first time we'd had to go to work.) Having said that, he came out for the umpteenth time and almost blamed us for the fact that we'd been accepted for the reservation we'd made the day before for nine people at 1:30 PM. Crazy. I repeat. I've never seen anything like this, and I'll start by saying that I'm not one to write reviews, but I felt truly mocked for the simple fact that he never apologized, not even once. A special mention goes to one or two of the girls who work for him, who are definitely wasted. Thank you so much.

13/11/2025: We went for breakfast 2 days ago. The waitress was rude and didn't even smile (I do the same job), but if you're dealing with the public, you have to know how to handle it! As soon as she heard we were tourists, she inflated the prices and didn't even give us a receipt!

16/11/2025: We went for a family pizza, half Margherita and half fries. The pizza was salty, both in flavor and price. We were charged €25. We were very disappointed by the scam, because even though we're not local, it wasn't fair. IF YOU'RE PASSING BY, DON'T STOP, THE OWNERS ARE SMART.

20/12/2025: Be careful and ask for the scale summary, because four brioches, four strips of focaccia, and two triangles can't possibly cost nearly 16 euros. And when the shop is busy, you have to be lucky to find a friendly clerk.

27/08/2025: Disappointing experience. I arrived at the store and asked for a 1kg tray of mixed focaccia, and the clerk, who was already preparing one, gave me that tray, marked as 1kg (not weighed in front of me). On the way home, I weighed the focaccia with the entire tray because it seemed light, and the actual weight was only 760g (without the tray, therefore, it must have been just over 650g of focaccia). When I asked for an explanation over the phone, I was given a less than convincing explanation that "warm focaccia weighs more"... A completely unfounded and unscientific theory. It seems more like a way to justify an obvious mistake. You've lost a customer!

12/08/2025: I'm giving it 5 stars because I can't give it more. Truly heartfelt compliments, top-notch pizza with thin, crispy dough that's not filling, accompanied by genuine and truly delicious ingredients. They're the only ones who managed to get me a second pizza in one evening. Hats off to you, you're amazing 🥰🏆💪🥰👍

14/10/2025: A very bad experience. We were seated at the very back of the terrace, at a rickety table, under broken decorations that were in danger of falling. The welcome was cold, almost contemptuous, and we can't help but think that this treatment was linked to our appearance. This feeling of exclusion and discrimination is unacceptable, especially in a place that is supposed to welcome everyone. Avoid.

29/03/2026: Beautiful place. Ideal on sunny days for the extraordinary view of the cathedral and the square. We had good coffee. The waitress was friendly and helpful. Recommended.
