25/10/2025: Poor service; the waiter who served the ice cream had dirty hands, was listless, and didn't mix the ice cream before serving it. The ice cream had a soft consistency; it melted immediately.

08/10/2025: Poor in so many ways... No table service. We stumbled upon the restaurant by chance after a long hike in the Cinque Terre... So hungry. We found a table right away... and indeed, we were told we'd have to wait. Since the place is small, I didn't expect to wait long. I only realized later that they also do takeout. I don't even know how long we waited... but I assure you, it was an eternity. It's a family-run business, but there's too much inattention to the customer. The pizzas were thin and biscuity, more like piadinas than pizzas... But the real problem is that they were completely tasteless. I hate to be so critical, but a pizzeria owner can't just turn out four pizzas every 10 minutes. I hope you take this review as an incentive to improve their service and wait times 😓

20/09/2025: As I've written in other reviews, my mother-in-law wanted to buy a house in Lavagna over twenty years ago. We still have our house in Livorno on Via degli Scarronzoni, right in front of the two-story police station. From the two-story house, I can also see my beloved Torre Folgore and the sea, and memories spring to mind. I have my main office in Rome between Via di Forte Braschi and Via della Pineta Sacchetti. We often travel on the highway, and even though this Autogrill is quite close to home, we stop often. Sometimes, because we're almost always traveling with our 25-kg puppy, it's necessary. Sometimes, because we're rushing out of the house and it's convenient for breakfast. Sometimes, because it's too late to get home and make dinner. Always tidy and well-maintained Friendly and competent staff The selection at Autogrill restaurants is forcedly standardized, so the difference often lies in the staff's skill...making coffee or cappuccino...it's not that easy to make them good...and friendliness, a laugh, or kindness in their manners make for a good start to the day...or give you a boost after a hard day. Here, as I wrote, they are professional, competent, and friendly...they do their best because everything...even the restrooms, which depend heavily on the politeness of those who use them, are neat and clean. This is one of the ok Autogrill restaurants. Recommended Thanks

11/09/2025: Everything was excellent, the staff were friendly and professional, and the dress code was impeccable. I ordered a pesto pasta dish that was nothing short of fantastic in terms of quality and presentation, and good value for money. I will definitely stop by when I pass through that area.

25/11/2025: I've been frequenting this restaurant since it opened. The food is always very good, the seafood is top-quality, and the waitresses are friendly. The owner, who I believe is the son of the original owner, is also very attentive. I've watched him grow up with the restaurant. He's a kind and attentive person. The place is clean and welcoming. My three stars are for the atmosphere, and I only give them because these types of restaurants are very popular and therefore a bit noisy.

16/11/2025: My experience at this sushi restaurant was, unfortunately, extremely disappointing from the moment we arrived. Despite there being four of us, we had to wait over an hour for a table during lunch: people kept walking past us because only tables for two were available. After several complaints and after we clearly stated that we were leaving, the table was "coincidentally" vacated within a couple of minutes. Once we were seated, things didn't improve at all: there was an unpleasant odor in the air, the quality of the food seemed very poor, and the place was full of flies that swarmed around the plates, making it impossible to eat comfortably. Furthermore, the food contained ingredients that didn't belong in the dishes we ordered, giving the impression of a lack of attention to preparation. Added to all this, the service is extremely slow, and with all the existing issues, the wait becomes even more unbearable. To conclude our lunch, we ordered the Nutella parcels, but unfortunately, the experience was also disappointing: the meal was extremely raw, another disappointment that definitely deserves a point less. In conclusion, I absolutely do not recommend it: slow service, poor quality, poor hygiene, and very little attention to detail. A truly forgettable lunch.

29/04/2025: Proprio ad un passo dalla Stazione di Genova Brignole, una vera e rara perla ligure. Che dire: non sembra di essere in Liguria entrando in questo bar! Il Titolare è una persona squisita, amabile, simpatica, garbata, attenta, esattamente al contrario di TUTTI i commercianti ed esercenti incrociati finora nelle centinaia di esperienze liguri!!! Vi consiglio caldamente questo bar, oltre che per quanto sopra, anche per l’ampia disponibilità assortita di dolce-salato di cui dispone. Vi sentirete finalmente accolti, accompagnati, considerati e meravigliosamente serviti ma MAI bistrattati!

27/04/2025: In famiglia siamo stati a pranzo dal Ristorante Bertin per il giorno di Pasqua che per noi è ormai un appuntamento fisso da anni per la famiglia. Si mangia sempre molto bene in questo ristorante, ma qualcosa è cambiato! Quest'ultima volta si sono davvero superati alzando di molto l'asticella sia in termini di qualità che di presentazione dei piatti, al punto di voler fare i complimenti ai cuochi. Devo dire infatti che è per noi, il miglior posto dove mangiare e ritrovarsi per le feste, perché sia per cordialità e attenzione, ci fanno sentire sempre come a casa nostra. Il locale è molto accogliente, ben decorato anche sui tavoli dove ci sono le ovette di cioccolato, ambiente super pulito e spazioso. Abbiamo cominciato il pranzo con un antipasto a più portate freddo e caldo misto. Poi come primi Ravioli al sugo di carne (superlativi), tagliatelle al sugo di funghi e al pesto. Come secondo, arrosto di vitello con patatine fritte davvero ottimo e cima alla genovese. Come dolce torta al cocco con sbriciolata di cioccolato e panna e fetta di colomba preparate dalla pasticcera Elisa del ristorante Bertin. Nota particolare, che per ogni piatto di per se è una porzione già molto generosa, ci hanno offerto il bis e il tris, il ché è stato molto apprezzato perché tutto molto buono. Vino, bibite, ghiaccio a volontà e caffe sono tutti inclusi. Piatti consigliati: Ravioli al sugo di carne. Tagliatelle al sugo di funghi e al pesto. Insalata russa e vitello tonnato Torta al cioccolato e panna della casa. Il locale è provvisto di area verde relax esterna e amplio parcheggio. Nota natalizia, la chiesa di fronte ha un apprezzabile presepe sull'esterno. Opzioni per il parcheggio Parcheggio senza costi, parcheggio molto amplio in strada senza costi. Vivamente consigliato a chi vuole trascorrere una piacevole giornata in campagna mangiando buon cibo casalingo, servito con grande cortesia e attenzione. 20/04/2025: Dopo tanti anni che ne sentivo parlare da amici,siamo andati a verificare di persona la cucina di Bertin. Ed in effetti tutto ciò che di buono abbiamo sentito a riguardo è pienamente confermato. Servizio simpatico e puntualissimo,vasta scelta di portate ed ottima qualità delle proposte il tutto ad un buon rapporto prezzo/qualità.

23/11/2025: We stopped here for lunch on our way to Lake Lame, and I have to say we really enjoyed the polenta with mushrooms—one of the best I've ever had. We also had two tarts: one with figs and walnuts and one with berry jam, and both were delicious. The service was good, the staff were friendly, helpful, and fast, and the quality/price ratio was excellent. Highly recommended!

23/11/2025: A place where you leave satisfied with both your taste buds and your wallet! It's a restaurant you don't find in city centers, but rather in the countryside, where people have always known each other and serve traditional dishes. You don't find places like this often. Nowadays, everything has to be refined, everything "glittering," and perfect... Here, not everything is refined and perfect, but everything is absolutely authentic and well-crafted! The waitress who served us always arrived with a smile and never made us wait longer than necessary, even though the room was full. The best thing was that the 70-year-old man behind the counter spoke to a lady on the phone who had been called by a customer, and then also spoke to another member of staff. You don't often see scenes of friendship like this! Excellent food, but what I loved was the warmth of the people. If we pass by again, we'll definitely stop by again! Definitely worth a try for the food and the excellent value! Congratulations to all the staff!

27/10/2025: Impeccable service, extremely friendly and fast staff. For €6.50, you get a full piadina with extra meat, excellent quality and flavor. Unfortunately, the restaurant doesn't offer delivery, but it does offer takeout. The only flaw with the (very clean) restaurant is the lack of clear menus, but otherwise, the staff is very friendly and explains everything. The opening hours could be clearer. Highly recommended!

23/11/2025: First time in this restaurant recommended by a friend and I must say that I immediately liked the very welcoming atmosphere thanks to the owner Alessandra, a very nice person ... appetizer with a platter of typical Genoese products exquisite ... first course with gnocchi of their production very good and to finish a bonet for 10 ... I recommend it to everyone
