13/01/2026: We came on New Year's Day and spent it in this very nice and welcoming place. The staff was extremely friendly and always available.
25/12/2025: On Christmas Day, we had lunch at this restaurant like every year. We waited almost two hours for our appetizer when the restaurant owner, Mr. Massimo, served us. We complained about the wait, but instead of apologizing, he told us that next year you can do it somewhere else! He's truly rude, so we definitely won't be setting foot there again!
Absolutely not recommended.

We stopped for dinner with a burger, and I have to say they were excellent. The portions were decent and fair. Prices were reasonable.

09/12/2025: ...Christmas dinner with colleagues, very kind and patient staff despite the large table. Excellent tartare mix, really tasty tagliolini with mushrooms, delicious fried artichokes, all accompanied by a wine from the menu with excellent value! To finish, fantastic hazelnut cake!!! Really good dinner, but we felt a little jealous of the table next to ours, where they served a Florentine steak and a fatty ox steak, which made us promise to return for the meat too!!
07/12/2025: 5 stars for the location, the dishes I ordered were reasonably good, but improving the service could compensate for a menu that lacks variety between meat and fish...

21/09/2025: Recco PGI cheese focaccia is a delicacy that needs no introduction. Although many bakeries serve it, the one in Moltedo always stands out, rising to the next level. The place was recently renovated and now also boasts a bar area. The cash register is separate from the sales area, making the experience more seamless. The place is clean, welcoming, and the staff is truly kind, friendly, and helpful.
Recco focaccia is an experience worth having at least once in a lifetime. And when I'm at Moltedo, I don't even ask about the price: I just order. The focaccias are served in large pieces, varying in size, but they're all a masterpiece. The dough is simple—flour, oil, water, salt—but the magic is in the cheese, which creates a subtle delight for the palate. Recco focaccia is undoubtedly their flagship product, but the bakery also offers other delicacies: fresh bread, Genoese focaccia, a spectacular onion focaccia (which has a unique flavor, unlike any other), pizza, and much more.
Do we have a flaw? Well, perhaps the only flaw is that they make a lot of focaccia, but if you don't order it for dinner, you risk having to miss out. Furthermore, after the fire festival (September 7-8), the restaurant closes for about a month for holidays, so it's important to keep this break in mind if you plan on visiting during that period.
In conclusion, Moltedo is a must for those who love Recco focaccia and want to savor one of the best around.
06/09/2025: How can you call a dry, burnt board soaked in very low-quality oil (certainly not extra virgin) "focaccia," not to mention the much-vaunted cheese focaccia, which basically has nothing to do with Recco, with a ridiculous crust that has nothing to do with the cheese focaccia that has always been made in Recco: lumpy, rancid stracchino. I understand that it is a simple bakery (nicely recently decorated, apparently run by bearded Amish-style locals), so certainly not the classic Recco focaccia shop but a makeshift one. Make bread, it's better.

06/01/2026: Excellent pizzeria restaurant in the center of Bogliasco, a nice, spacious, and clean place.
The service is good, as are the prices.
The products are good, with quality pizzas, good dishes, and the fixed-price menu is also good.
The usual problem is limited parking.
Overall, it's a recommended pizzeria restaurant.
During the summer, it's always best to book.

io e mia moglie x 2 piatti di spaghetti di vongole e 2 fritti di acciughe
spaghetti con la presenza di notevole numero di gusci rotti che si annidano tra gli spaghetti creando notevole pericolo durante la deglutizione.sperando nel secondo arrivano delle acciughe fritte color arancione e carbonizzate ai bordi accompagnate con 3 foglie 3 di insalata e un vasettino di una improbabile salsa piccante arancione artigianale.dopo l'assaggio di 2 accciughe decidiamo di farcele ritirare rispondendoci subito che non verranno conteggiate nel conto finale ammetendo praticamente che ci avevano servito una schifezza pericolosa .
abbiamo discusso a ragione con il cameriere che ci rispondeva che non era colpa sua.
la finisco dicendo che ne' io ne' mia moglie meritavamo un trattamento cosi' scandaloso mettendo a repentaglio la nostra salute (olio esausto e probabilmente acciughe gia' fatte e rifritte un'altra volta.alla fine 80 euro x un pranzo vergognoso e una bottiglia di vermentino da 28 euro
sono un medico e vi chiedo di memorizzare bene questa osteria x non mettere a repentaglio la vostra salute e i vostri soldi.spargete la voce x non andarci mai piu'

28/08/2025: I booked the course to learn how to make sushi, but I didn't enjoy the experience, which is a shame.
I'll start by saying that since it's a course to learn how to make sushi, I expected them to start with the rice, since it's the most important part. Unfortunately, the rice had already been prepared by the chef due to time constraints. Nothing to complain about, but then they could show you how to prepare it on a small scale. It would have been interesting to see how the rice should be treated once cooked, what steps are needed to season it, etc. We only got a theoretical explanation of the whole process, which was fine, but I'd rather see that than spend two hours rolling uramaki and hosomaki.
Another thing I didn't like was that once the rolls were prepared, they were all placed together on baking sheets and then eaten later, creating quite a bit of confusion when trying to figure out who made what. If I take a course to learn how to make sushi, I'd also like to eat what I made, not what someone else made.
On a negative note, a child was left a little too free to make his rolls, creating these enormous cylinders filled with fish and various sauces that then ended up on the plate of some unfortunate participant.

07/12/2025: I tried a lunchtime meal with my son months ago... never again. Inattentive service, tiny portions, even unevenly distributed across tables, a menu that promises ingredients that then barely make an appearance on the dishes to save money. We're not there.
