14/12/2025: Terrible. We arrived 10 minutes before our reservation and were told to wait 10-15 minutes. After at least 20 minutes, what appeared to be the manager came out and told us it would be a bit longer because he didn't have any tables, and offered to sit at two different tables, one for six and one for three. (I'm going out with friends and family so we can sit at different tables, after all.) Naturally, we said yes and that we'd wait. (I also pointed out that I had two little girls, a 5-year-old and an 8-month-old, and that he'd been told the first time we'd had to go to work.) Having said that, he came out for the umpteenth time and almost blamed us for the fact that we'd been accepted for the reservation we'd made the day before for nine people at 1:30 PM. Crazy. I repeat. I've never seen anything like this, and I'll start by saying that I'm not one to write reviews, but I felt truly mocked for the simple fact that he never apologized, not even once. A special mention goes to one or two of the girls who work for him, who are definitely wasted. Thank you so much.

We wanted to help the lady achieve her ambitions, but unfortunately she failed!!! She had promised unlimited water, but when my students went to ask for it, she charged them 2 euros a bottle...this was unfortunately a bad move, so much so that it created bad feelings in the group, not only that, but also irreconcilable arguments between the organizer and the students 😡😡😡 I'm sorry, Mrs. Barbara, but these things shouldn't have happened!!! It was our first time there, but given her behavior, we won't be going again.

01/03/2026: My family has been getting pizza from them for years, unfortunately I can no longer go there because I have celiac disease, but my parents continue to go there because it is the best pizza in the world, never changed quality, always the best

26/09/2025: The gluten-free sandwiches are good, but it's a shame that the bread used is the packaged kind found in supermarkets, and that since they've been gluten-free for years, they haven't yet managed to offer gluten-free chips and bacon (and contamination). Even though the sandwiches have been revisited (removing ingredients like beacon), there's still a surcharge on the gluten-free menu.

25/10/2025: I trusted the reviews and I don't regret it, because it's the perfect bar! Spritzes are €5 (I had the limoncello one and it was delicious) and for that price you also get a whole bunch of snacks. The waitress was super nice too. It's quite simple, I'm going back tonight!

07/08/2025: I went there two days in a row. Cheap and delicious pizza. Probably one of the best I've had. I definitely recommend it. You will lose nothing by going there.

07/08/2025: Best pizza I’ve ever eaten and this for only 7€. Fast service. Who cares about expensive restaurants when you have this masterpiece ? I’ll miss this place when I go back home. I’ve been two days in a row, perfect both times. This is my first review, usually I don’t waste time on these, that’s how good it is.

19/03/2026: The fruity alcoholic drink was very popular! You could taste the fresh fruit. The small dish was just the right size and very good. The price of €26.00 for both drinks seems a bit excessive to me.

14/02/2026: Friday evening. Half-set table, no silverware or glasses, 2 napkins out of 5. We order (after calling the waitress, because we were very busy chatting) 5 appetizers and drinks. After 10 minutes, 2 Cokes arrive, 10 minutes later, the 2 glasses, 10 minutes later, some food arrives, and in the meantime, everyone is very busy joking and laughing. A good 15 minutes pass, and the rest of the drinks arrive. Nothing to complain about the food, except that it was all frozen and not properly defrosted. 10:02 PM I ask for a coffee, and the waitress, with a disgusted face, tells me, "No coffee, we've already cleaned the machine." They spent the next hour and a half laughing, chatting, and watching us while waiting for us to leave, before closing the shutter in front of us and mopping us. I also work in a restaurant and understand the stresses of the job better than anyone, but if you don't want to work, stay home. If I were the owner and knew how the employees I pay work, I would feel bad.

01/03/2026: I've been going there for at least 10 years with my mom, dad, and sister to celebrate birthdays. The quality is always excellent and the price is reasonable. We've seen our kids grow up, and now they're grown up. Working with their parents has made it a place where we feel at home. The service is always the same, that is, professional and precise. They're now experts and super good at doing everything to make you feel good. The atmosphere is quiet during the week (sometimes), and on weekends they're always full, precisely because there's only one around that's as good as 'Drago d'Oro', and it's not the one on the same street.
