The bathroom is very small and in need of renovation.
The breakfast selection is very limited (not even olives).
Parking is a real hassle.
And everything costs extra.
I will definitely avoid this hotel chain in the future.

29/12/2025: I ordered a pandoro for celiacs filled with salted caramel for the 26th, and the lady sent me some photos of what these pandoros looked like.
The result, as soon as I unwrapped them, was a half-kilo pandoro with a lick of caramel that was barely enough for six people, with meager portions for the modest cost of 50 euros (all of which the lady earned).

Very rude staff, extremely small tables that no one empties or cleans, high and uncomfortable stools, and chipped plates (two out of two, it can't be a coincidence...).
An unpleasant experience, not to be repeated: the whole thing makes you feel uncomfortable.
12/03/2026: I'm updating my review. The Genoise are delicious, purple and pink, and the butter is French DOP. It's a shame about today's cannoli, which was a bit stale... Overall, it's a pastry shop worth a visit.

08/01/2026: The pizza was excellent, as expected, the staff was friendly, and the desserts were also very good. Prices were average; I expected worse. Reservations aren't possible; you have to wait in line to be called.
A personal note on the dessert: I asked for a Baba, and they brought me a generously sized one; I was expecting the smaller, pastry-style one. Keep that in mind if you're already feeling full.
