05/01/2026: Overall everything was good, but the fact that it was cooked in a gas oven, meaning no wood fire, wasn't fitting for this place. The shrimp pizza lacked garlic and arugula; that might be the chefs' preference, and taste is subjective. I'm someone who loves shrimp pizza and has tried it everywhere.

Good food, but the bread basket isn't up to par—too bland—and there's no focaccia, which in Liguria would be a must. Excellent wine selection, but prices are a bit higher than expected. The kindness and courtesy are appreciated.

28/12/2025: A very simple pizzeria, a very warm welcome, no waiting, pizzas ranging from €6 to €10, the ingredients are fresh, the crust is very thin – it could be cooked a little longer. Perfect for a family break, inexpensive.

09/01/2026: We were looking for a traditional place to eat after hours and were recommended this charming restaurant in the heart of Rapallo. It's not easy to find someone freshly preparing excellent dishes at four in the afternoon, but we were greeted with kindness and enthusiasm, even though we were the only customers at the time. Pansoti with walnut sauce, fish ravioli, mixed fried fish, Ligurian-style swordfish, accompanied by fantastic homemade focaccia. Ligurian wine. Everything was excellent, fresh, and light. The owners were kind and super helpful. Highly recommended, and we'll definitely be back!

21/12/2025: A very simple pizzeria located in the historic center of Genoa. Good pizza with a wide selection of pizzas and different types of dough, fast and efficient service. Great courtesy and patience. After having some problems with the reservation caused by us, we were greeted as if they had known us forever. The girl at the cash register, despite being pressured by unbearable customers who asked for separate bills based on what they consumed rather than the total, remained unperturbed. Absolutely fair prices. Recommended. We'll be back.

17/01/2026: Andrea at breakfast is so kind. She made an extra effort to help me this morning. A very interesting hotel built by the docks. Unfortunately the parking access was tricky like other reviews mention. Get here during daylight or it will be very difficult to find and negotiate access to the parking area which is a drive away around the back. I wasn't impressed by the mobile cell tower right above my balcony. The room was lovely and the evening restaurant is good but the bright hospital style lighting needs attention. Difficult to sleep as sirens all night even with the double glazing. The large Army group staying were well behaved and I felt very safe. Andrea deserves a special mention. Lost 2 stars because of the parking, the noise at night and the cell tower above my bedroom. A good breakfast with a nice young lady Andrea.

05/01/2026: Beautiful, spacious, and modern room. Parking near the hotel isn't always easy as it's located on a main thoroughfare with heavy traffic, but the hotel is well soundproofed.

20/11/2025: Very satisfied I went to lunch with a friend and in a warm and welcoming environment I found good, well-prepared food and an excellent IPA😜 yes I recommend it for lunch and dinner👍🏻

14/12/2025: I went for a birthday meal in November, filled with locals it is not a tourist type restaurant. The food was fantastic we shared a very large steak, on the table next to us they had bone marrow straight from the bone. The chef's know their way around meat. I had a great time, there was even an entertainer singing Italian classics. It was dark and in late November when we went so there wasn't much of a view to take in, but given it's prominence on a hillside I expect on lighter evenings that it has a tremendous view and some outside seating. I highly recommend, it is a little pricey but as the food was excellent I think the cost is justified. I have no problem in recommending it

26/10/2025: Must visit for breakfast, aperitivo, lunch or just to have some fun and meet new friends in Genova!! This is an EXPERIENCE and it's always absolutely WORTH IT!!! Claretta is the best in the area!

03/01/2026: A spartan place reminiscent of old-fashioned inns: tables where you sit side by side and the service is informal. The waiters are very kind and fast. The farinata and panizza fritta are exceptional. The cima genovese is very good, tender, and flavorful. The crème caramel is delicious and authentic. The price is a little higher than average. Overall, it's a pleasant experience. Recommended.
