Nuova Santapizza Pinseria Brasserie In Sestri levante

Located on the edge of the historic center, yet easily reached on foot after a short and pleasant stroll, this little place was a delightful discovery for me. The pinsa is excellent; I recommend the one with zucchini and stracchino cheese, and there are many tasty options to choose from. The beer list is interesting and not boring. Excellent music selection. The apple strudel is also good. The staff is helpful and friendly. In short, if Sestri Levante had already won me over, now I know where to go for a good pinsa when, hopefully soon, I return.

Excellent pinsa!!! Recommendation

A mixed experience... The pastries are very varied and prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients. They are cooked over a wood fire. However, the gluten-free version was thin and overcooked.... And the bill was rather high. The door left open let in several mosquitoes that bit us during the meal.

I renew my personal preference for Santa Pinsa, the first pinseria in Sesti Levante and my first pinsa! A revelation! I've always had a hard time digesting any pizza (unless it's well-leavened, but few know how to make it properly). It's best to book a table...but you can always find a spot.

Super friendly owner, Small, charming restaurant, Delicious pinsa and good beer. Highly recommended if you're looking for authentic Italian food at fair prices in the area!

Belissimo! They have a fantastic pinza "Old Roman style" and a really good selection of beers (Bavarian monastery brew 😉). Simply excellent!
