11/09/2025: We stop here while cycling from Genoa to the Turchino Pass, Capanne Marcarolo, Praglia, Campomorone, and Genoa. The place is clean and well-furnished, with an outdoor veranda. The food is good; they serve both a bar, ice cream parlor, and a trattoria. The owners are very friendly, and the prices are fair. I highly recommend it.

18/01/2026: Highly recommended. The dishes are reasonably priced and very well-prepared, with care. You feel right at home. The service is attentive and meticulous. The location is very "dante" (literally, "dante"), you feel right at home.

16/01/2026: I had dinner alone and had a truly excellent red and white 4-flavor pizza with a craft beer. I was greeted with a plate of pizza bread, which was also very good. Excellent service, and the girls were really kind. Excellent value for money.

08/07/2025: We discovered this little restaurant in the hills above the city. We had a lovely time. The prices are reasonable. It's not a tourist trap. The young woman who served us was incredibly friendly. I highly recommend it.

02/01/2026: A very welcoming place with a warm soul. The decor makes you feel like you're in an extension of your own living room, with an elegant vintage touch. The dishes are a true delight, with sophisticated and never banal pairings, well-crafted, showcasing the excellent ingredients without overshadowing them. The service is truly excellent; the waitress is very polite, kind, and calm. My wife and I were having dinner with our 3-month-old daughter, who unfortunately started crying at the end of the meal. She was attentive to us, helping us, and was very sweet with the baby. Last but not least, check out the wine list! Excellent! They have an excellent selection, including some small-production wineries, which I know personally and who, due to their limited production, are reluctant to release their wines except to select restaurateurs. Congratulations and thank you again!

29/12/2025: My wife and I had dinner last night. The atmosphere was nice and clean, the wait staff was very friendly, and the menu wasn't touristy (a plus). We complimented the owner/chef on the dishes, which were truly excellent. Recommended for those who don't want the typical tourist menu.

03/08/2025: We walked to this trattoria.... A charming place in this mountain village. I stopped for a sandwich (salami and cheese) and a glass of wine. Everything was perfect.

11/06/2025: My great-grandmother and grandfather were from Pareto. We came from California, USA, to show our children where we come from. We had an incredible family lunch. Everything was delicious. My kids each had two bowls of ravioli with meat sauce! The best I've ever seen them eat in all our travels in Italy! The pesto with potatoes and green beans was my favorite. The owners, a husband and wife team, were so kind and joked with our children and even took them for a tour of Pareto in their mini-truck! We will remember this trip forever and hope to return to Pareto in the future! With much love and gratitude, The Americans!
