New Port In Genova

Very polite and professional staff. Clean rooms. The hotel's location is very convenient; the metro, bus, and train station are all very close and easily accessible. Genoa city center is still just a short walk away. The restaurant staff deserves special mention.

The underground parking garage is hidden and not easy to find. Breakfast was good. The room was clean, and there was an iron and ironing board.

I stayed at this hotel with my family for a short vacation. The rooms were very clean, and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The location was excellent, and the city center was easily accessible by metro.

Not the best location for city exploration. It is located in Industrial part od the city. Hotel has a parking which is a good thing altough I do not recommend driving in the city since GPS does not really work inside the city.

You can't get any closer to the port than this with all the comforts of a hotel with rooms always available. The hotel is gigantic, and there's even free parking outside if you arrive after dinner. Otherwise, they have paid parking, but you have to check availability. Genoa isn't exactly the best for parking. Overall, though, it's good.

I would like to thank all the staff, but especially Ester, for her exceptional professionalism. Her kindness and politeness caught my daughter's attention, who undoubtedly shared her expertise with other guests at reception. In short, we had a fantastic weekend: a very good restaurant, spacious and very clean rooms, and attentive and friendly staff. We can't wait to return to your establishment and, if possible, enjoy your delicious offerings again: the restaurant menu and the generous breakfast. 😉

Central location in a somewhat noisy area. Nice, comfortable, and clean rooms. The reception and restaurant staff are young but extremely professional, friendly, and efficient.
