I never write reviews, but tonight I'm giving the guys at Vapensiero 5 stars because I was having a bad day, and dining here brought a smile back. Everything was delicious, the staff were super nice, and the prices were super fair. I'll be back to try other items on the menu that really inspired me!

The pizza with polenta flour underneath is so good! The restaurant's signature dishes are definitely the pizzas and the Recco-style cheese focaccia (we tried both and were truly impressed), but we also had a plate of ham with Apulian burrata, which was also very good.
The staff was super friendly; the gentleman serving us was fantastic and stopped by our table several times, entertaining us with his perfect Genovese.
Definitely recommended, especially if you want to try the polenta-filled pizza.

A restaurant in a quiet and well-kept area where you can enjoy pan pizza, authentic farinata, and other traditional Genoese dishes.
The pizza is truly excellent, flavorful and light, and the farinata is perfect (the one with crescenza cheese is also recommended). As for the food, we tried the seafood appetizer with Genoese meatloaf and Russian salad, both excellent, and the homemade pasta, which is also recommended. The desserts are also delicious.
The waiter is always cheerful, and the atmosphere is pleasant.

We had our 10th anniversary dinner at this place. We didn't make a reservation so we had to wait for 1 hour but we came back and the place was packed. The food was very delicious and the service was very nice.

The charming young man who served us spoke very good English. He made various suggestions, and we took advantage of some of them. It's hard to get a table outside at 7 p.m. The local food and wine are very good. We recommend them.

I was so excited to visit this restaurant that I went there two days in a row. It is better to make a reservation.
The service was very friendly and professional, the food was really delicious. Definitely try the focaccia, you won't regret it. If I ever go to Genoa again, I will definitely come back.

A beautiful trattoria with friendly and attentive staff and a focus on Genoese tradition. The farinata is superb, beautifully cooked on top and bottom, and just the right amount of softness in the center. The cheese focaccias are also worth trying. The reservations for theater hours are also priceless.

The food was amazing. Pasta with truffles was so creamy and delicious. Pinsa was crunchy. And the staff was so friendly. Good music playlist. At the lunch time it can be a little bit crowded and noisy.
