A dish that captivates from the first bite: the impeccable creaminess of the risotto pairs perfectly with the citrusy freshness of the lemon and the delicateness of the raw fish. Balanced flavors, intense but never overpowering, enhance each other in every bite. One of the best risottos I've ever eaten, meticulously crafted and memorable for its flavor, harmony, and delicacy. Impeccable service, attentive and professional, perfectly complementing the experience without ever being invasive. When I return to Rapallo, Armenia 1905 will undoubtedly be a must-visit.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this restaurant. The food was outstanding and the service was truly impeccable. It is honestly one of the best restaurants we have ever visited. The minestrone soup was exceptional — possibly the best minestrone soup we have ever had. We also tried the pesto risotto and the lemon risotto, and both were incredibly delicious and perfectly prepared. Even the crispy vegetables, which may sound simple, were so flavorful and well-made that we ordered them a second time. On top of the amazing food, the staff were extremely kind, welcoming, and attentive throughout the entire evening. This place is definitely worth experiencing, and I highly recommend making a reservation in advance so you can fully enjoy everything they offer.
