04/10/2025: For lunch at work, we ordered a pasta dish here, specifically the lombrichelli alla viterbese. A choice that not only brightened up the meal, but also gave us a boost for the rest of the day.
The portion is very generous: the fresh pasta has a rustic, full-bodied texture, capable of absorbing the rich sauce of sausage and guanciale, perfectly bound by the tomato base that enhances the ingredients. The pecorino and fennel add a bold note that completes a dish that speaks of Tuscia.
Truly a culinary experience worth repeating to try other delicacies.

12/01/2025: Pizza, antipasti e dolci strepitosi, anche senza glutine , ma il locale necessita di un sistema di aspirazione migliore in quanto gli abiti a fine cena erano intrisi pesantemente dagli odori della cucina .

18/04/2025: The staff are so beautiful in this cafe. We came for evening drinks and coffee in the morning. They’re kind, helpful and make your holiday wholesome. Drinks are fantastic and the vibe at night is arty and organic. Food looks good too although we’d already had dinner before our visit. My daughter loved the free snacks and the decor.

Location deliziosa su piazza centrale e in estate fresca!! Scoperto nel post covid era gestito in modo professionale e con prodotti ottimi sia di pasticceria che negli aperitivi.Ora rimane un discreto bar ma presi oggi4 mini dolcini cari, vecchi e sapore disgustoso.Peccato

07/06/2026: One Sunday after visiting the village of Ronciglione, we stopped for lunch at this tiny pizzeria.
We had a delicious pizza, and the owner was very kind, friendly, and helpful; she even made a stripe just for my son Lorenzo.
We highly recommend it.
24/05/2026: Local place with deep history, the walls are covered in old newspaper clippings about the pizzeria. There’s nothing fancy from amenities, old worn down metal chairs and table, however the warm hospitality and prices beat anything else around for a quick lunch. I had zucchini and margarita pizza slices as well as cicoria ripassata. It was fresh, and delicious. I enjoyed that they had more unique beer options too for such a small establishment. I recommend trying Menabrea beer, it originates in the alps. Alike many other eateries in the town this one is honest, humble and NOT snobby. I recommend!
