My wife and I went to Torrefazione Faraglia hoping to get some coffee advice, having recently purchased an automatic coffee machine. We got much more than that. Mr. Faraglia gave us a lesson, starting with the history of the company, moving on to how coffee is produced, and finally introducing us to all the coffee blends and their characteristics. Thank you. I must confess that we haven't tasted the coffee we ordered yet, but even if it wasn't the one we chose, now I know our coffee is there, at Torrefazione Faraglia. Thanks again.
