Ristorante " Il Bagatto" In Posta

Located in the splendid setting of Posta, Il Bagatto remains a must-visit for those returning to Rome from the Marche region, offering a refined atmosphere in a medieval village waiting to be discovered. Dinner began with excellent Amatriciana cured meats and enormous, generously seasoned bruschetta cooked in a wood-fired oven. Afterwards, despite owner Giancarlo's recommendation for prestigious Spanish meats, I opted for a Marche cut of beef, of excellent quality and simply perfect cooking. With prompt service and a wine list featuring a wealth of prestigious labels, it was undoubtedly the best tagliata I've ever had: an experience I highly recommend to all lovers of good food.
