20/02/2025: Update to previous review from over a year ago Just renovated, the place has further improved on an aesthetic level. Quality of products, preparation of dishes and excellent service as always! Sandro is a great professional in terms of ability, class and friendliness. Without hesitation I can say that every evening at La Siesta is a success... you leave wanting to return as soon as possible! Five stars and PRAISE.... because I can't do more!! Highly recommended Previous review I discovered this place with my husband last February 14th on the occasion of Valentine's Day and, since then, we have returned often. Even on busy evenings, wait times were acceptable. I am only rating the pizza because, until now, we have not tried the restaurant service and also for this reason I am giving four stars rather than five. The pizza is good in terms of dough (neither too thin nor too much crumb), seasoning and cooking. We recently tried the maxi pizza, which we liked... (probably the fact that it is served on a wooden cutting board allows the heat and fragrance to be preserved for longer! Furthermore, you can choose different flavours). The assortment of bruschettas with decidedly appetizing sauces is very tasty. The rooms in use during the winter are pleasant, while in the summer the tables are positioned in a lovely garden. Convenient parking. A special appreciation to Sandro, who takes care of table service and is pleasantly nicknamed by me and my husband "Speedy Gonzales" for his incredible speed! Sandro is a person of great experience and manages to be fast, but, at the same time, attentive to customer requests, extremely professional, competent in advice, always well disposed... The prices are honest. I recommend booking because the place is also popular on weekday evenings.

The variety of proposals is wide and each slice is an explosion of flavour. The dough is light and crunchy at the right point, cooked to perfection, and the ingredients are very fresh. Whether you prefer classic flavors like margherita or more particular combinations, you will always find something here that will make you want to come back. The quality-price ratio is also excellent, with generous portions and affordable prices. 04/09/2024: DIVINE WHERE DREAMS COME TRUE - 06 April 2023 - DINNER. I don't think there is any need to add other comments... Mr. Remo, assisted by Giorgio, has been giving this dream away for decades. At 81 years old he manages to be an excellent host where he combines class, privacy and excellent cuisine. The "only for 2" is a location where eating takes second place compared to the magnificence of the structure. I owed so much and so much tribute. Thank you Mr. Remo. From the heart...

20/08/2024: We spent the night here in a cabin during a hiking trip in the area. The staff was really friendly and the pool was nice and refreshing. The cabin was small and simple but clean, and we slept like babies listening to the sound of the river.

01/11/2024: Mrs. Maria was very friendly and nice, excellent pizza, very digestible dough and even the margherita in its simplicity was tasty (which rarely happens), crispy fried foods and absolutely not greasy! Classic homemade desserts, we tried the trifle and tiramisu, both very good. Genuine flavors are rediscovered in a pleasant context. We will definitely come back to try the homemade pasta 😊

16/02/2025: Siamo stati a pranzo in questa pizzeria. Che vi devo dire?!?! Ottima. Essendo stata sottoposta ad intervento bariatrico, spesso la pizza mi rimane molto pesante e difficile da digerire e invece oggi tutto ok. Impasto croccante fuori e morbido all’interno, farciture molto varie e sfiziose. Quindi splendida esperienza da ripetere.

15/10/2024: Very interesting inn, furnished with a lot of creativity and natural materials. The owner is very sociable and willingly talks to guests, telling anecdotes and life stories. I immediately found myself in great empathy and therefore the overall experience was more than positive!
