22/04/2026: The old taverns from when we were young, where you can still get a good meal for a reasonable price. Food quality 8.5. Fabulous trifle (so I don't like it...) Don't expect fancy dishes, but rather "the ones from the past".
16/02/2026: A family-run trattoria, in every sense of the word, with the feel of grandma's house and quality traditional cuisine. Traditional ingredients are used. Coming down from Terminillo after a morning in the snow and having lunch here is priceless. Congratulations.

23/12/2025: We were there on March 30, 2025, and we'll never return. Until now, I'd refrained from commenting, but today, by chance, reading the owner's arrogant responses, I couldn't help but do so. We came to this place because a friend of the son's had spoken highly of it. While choosing, we were recommended this and that, but we'd only asked for an appetizer to share. We continued, some ordering just the first course and some just the second course. As for the food, it was generally okay. It's okay that we had to shout to talk, the room was small, and it was crowded. Unfortunately, the most disappointing aspect was the bill, which was extremely high, well above the average prices for the province.
14/12/2025: Great for Pasta & Meat. We had an excellent Creme from Gaia wine and the price was very honest. I will come back for honest food

30/05/2026: We had an appetizer that was very tasty, as was the meat and the side dish, which was fries. We also had gnocchi and pasta; everything was excellent.
23/05/2026: A good osteria in the center of the small village of Salisano. We tried the mixed antipasti, all very good and fresh. And then the house dish, homemade pasta with garlic, marjoram, and pecorino cheese. The house wine was good. Recommended.

03/08/2026: Our favorite restaurant now. We feel at home here. Home-style cooking, homemade pasta, grilled meats, and superb desserts. The owners, Federico and Pina, are hospitable and excellent. A special mention also goes to Cristina in the dining room, always attentive and very kind.

12/06/2026: A trattoria serving delicious traditional Sardinian dishes. We entered the home of a family who welcomed us warmly. Our little one played with theirs, and we felt right at home. A place where you can sit, relax, and enjoy a delicious meal.

04/07/2026: We were there yesterday with my daughter, we had never been there before, what can I say, an excellent experience, home cooking, friendliness in welcoming customers in a setting, in front of the famous center of Italy, worth trying.
02/07/2026: We visited this place and were truly thrilled. We started with an excellent cheese platter, truly well-selected and of high quality. The real highlight, however, was the pasta: simply delicious, perfectly cooked and topped with a fantastic combination of crispy guanciale and chopped pistachios. An explosion of flavors!
Welcoming staff and a lovely atmosphere. We'll definitely be back, highly recommended!

The owner and waiters were friendly and attentive to everything...a real pleasure!
28/06/2026: I've always come to this place with a friend of mine who knows the owners, and the treatment has always been good. Yesterday I decided to come alone with my family, but the treatment was completely different: total indifference from the waitress, called several times, but always ignored. The food is good, but the lemon sorbet at 6 euros each was frozen and inedible, plus the coffee was awful. I don't think I'll be back again.
