08/06/2026: A rustic restaurant below street level in the center of Rieti, very cool, with just two flights of stairs to climb. Homemade cuisine, just like it used to be. The fregnacce alla Sabinese are excellent and delicious, with fresh tomatoes, olives, and porcini mushrooms. The waitress is friendly but alone and chatty...come with all the urgency you left behind. A first course, second course, side dish, tiramisu, and a bottle of water for €23...
The mayor just walked in.... The restaurant has photos of famous people.
15/04/2026: Situated in a stunning location, right in the center of the square, this restaurant is a must-try for those seeking substance. The food is excellent, and the value is among the best in the area. The only drawback is the service, which is decidedly slow, requiring a good deal of patience. However, the experience ends on a rare note: a perfectly crafted moka pot, perfect for rounding off the meal with a taste of home. Recommended, provided you have time.

Anyway, jokes aside, we've been here several times for dinner and have always had great food. Impeccable service and excellent food quality. See you soon.
10/05/2026: I'm tempted to say I've never eaten so well!
Everything is incredibly fresh and top-quality, with just the right amount of salt (rare; when I eat out, everything is incredibly salty), and just the right amount of oil: this is a sign of quality because there's no need to mask the lack of freshness or flavor of the food with salt and oil. The service was also friendly, courteous, and extremely pleasant.

30/04/2026: A name that's a guarantee, friendly staff, excellent breakfasts with excellent sweet and savoury dishes, coffee and cappuccino, a jewel in the crown are the San Giuseppe cream puffs made every day with expert skill.

The staff are very helpful and kind.
The place is clean, and despite the crowds, breakfast is quickly available.
Tables both inside and out.

03/01/2026: We dined there three nights, including New Year's Eve. I'd give it more stars, but the maximum is 5. The food and pizzas were all exquisite. The New Year's Eve seafood dinner was refined and delicious. Impeccable service. The owners are excellent and attentive to their customers. Highly recommended for both service and food.

18/11/2025: A well-decorated restaurant suitable for families with children. The staff was attentive and courteous (a dream these days). The pizza was delicious, perfectly cooked and well-leavened, using top-quality ingredients. Not to mention the fried foods and arrosticini... both the mutton and liver were divine.
We'll definitely be back!

26/09/2025: We popped in here spontaneously during the summer holidays. We didn't have a reservation, but that wasn't a problem. We received a friendly welcome, and it was a real treat to dine here! Beautiful location with a stunning view. Chef Antonio surprised us with a delicious menu and delicious dishes! We felt completely at home in the warm, family atmosphere.

20/03/2026: I'd heard about this place and wanted to read the reviews before booking. The slow service, which is objective and described by a significant number of customers, is striking, so it shouldn't be underestimated. Above all, however, is the arrogance in the responses to negative reviews. This is disturbing and, above all, makes it clear that criticism is absolutely not accepted or taken into consideration, and therefore there's no room for improvement. What a shame!!!
