16/02/2026: I came here more than ten years ago. The portions were generous, the food was authentic, and it was reasonably priced. Today, compared to then, the first courses have been significantly reduced, but the second courses and side dishes are even more so, and not even as high-quality as one would expect in a place like this. Even the prices are now the same as any other restaurant in the city. Disappointed, but I had already been warned by locals that things had changed.

10/12/2025: Excellent matriciana and cabbage with potatoes, beautiful fireplace always lit, new heated patio and the family that has run it for generations is friendly and welcoming.
09/12/2025: I was here for a baptism, coming from out of the province. My partner and I ate very well, the wine was good, the staff was excellent, there was ample parking... the people were genuine!!! Just how we like them... congratulations, keep it up.

20/12/2025: I must say that things have changed a bit compared to a while ago. Although the fish was of excellent quality, the crowded atmosphere didn't allow for any kind of conversation, the service was lacking, there were no sides, and only two types of dessert.

18/11/2025: A well-decorated restaurant suitable for families with children. The staff was attentive and courteous (a dream these days). The pizza was delicious, perfectly cooked and well-leavened, using top-quality ingredients. Not to mention the fried foods and arrosticini... both the mutton and liver were divine.
We'll definitely be back!

24/09/2025: We had dinner here twice because we didn't always have four courses at our accommodation and just wanted a good pizza. The pizza is excellent, and the second time, the chef recommended and served us a typical dessert (seadas). Great! I can't understand why it's always so quiet here; we've had worse food for a lot of money at Posada.
Perhaps it's the ambiance, which seems a bit neglected. The owner is very casually dressed, but does that bother you when the food is delicious? I highly recommend this place!

15/09/2025: Drink Bar is a classic example of a café, located in the main square, where the "villagers" gather, meeting and exchanging thoughts, even with those from other places (foreigners). The small historic center of Collevecchio is frequented by Romans, but has long been a popular destination for "foreigners" from Northern Europe, friendly people who perhaps have settled permanently in this corner of Sabina, and who socialize with the locals. Outsiders easily meet at Drink Bar, and every day is worth experiencing, like a celebration of drinks and various snacks, which the locals are always ready to share. The owners are also friendly and always attentive to service.
