10/12/2023: Superlativo! Raramente si trovano ristoranti con il rapporto qualità, prezzo e servizio al pari di questo. Trovati a transitare per caso da queste parti, prima di "interpellare " TripAdvisor, abbiamo chiesto ad una persona del posto... Ci siamo fidati. Devo dire che, siamo stati molto meglio delle aspettative. Ci torneremo di proposito, l'onestà e la qualità premiano.

30/10/2023: Ho dato 5 stelle perché le vale tutte, se si poteva ne avrei messe anche 6. Sono andata con una comitiva di amici e siamo rimasti tutti soddisfatti per la qualità e la quantità di quello che abbiamo mangiato e poi sono stati tutti cortesi la proprietaria è una persona veramente alla mano lo consiglio vivamente.

01/04/2024: 8 of us ate on Easter Sunday. 2 vegetarians. Set menu. Huge portions and super delicious. Compliments to the cook Fiorella because being able to satisfy (beyond expectations) two vegetarians like us is not for everyone. Many renowned restaurants should come and learn from her. Superlative homemade desserts, the tiramisu is the bomb 🤩. All high quality products. Family location, entertainment with billiards, table football and excellent music made the day pleasant and fun. Reasonable price.

25/02/2024: 78 euros for three for a platter of appetizers with a mozzarella divided into 3 and 3 first courses with tomato... not even wine. Do we need to add anything else?

11/05/2024: I leave 2 stars only for the external location, we call around 8.30pm to ask if there is a table for two since the places we wanted to go to were full, they answer thinking about it for a while but then they tell us yes, there is room. We arrive and see the pizza oven turned off and they tell us that they haven't been doing a pizzeria for months now. They bring us the menu and since we don't feel like eating first courses we opt for second course and side dish, we ask for a grill and side dish of potatoes, the man in charge of the grill is super busy sitting at 2 of the 3 occupied tables (2 couples and a small family) and chatting with a lot of video call, after about 20 minutes he shouts to the kitchen to bring out the side dishes (our 2 potatoes) that the meat is ready: in short, we receive a small tray with 1 sausage, 1 not-so-cooked trimming, 1 transparent slice of bacon, 1 miniature pork steak all this goodness (so to speak!!!!!) for 2 people, then come the potatoes served in small bowls, old, unseasoned, hard and reheated!!! And we didn't even finish the glass of wine! Price 37 euros for this pitiful dinner!! Never again, strongly not recommended!!! And Saturday night ruined!!!

14/04/2024: Sunday lunch ruined by this extremely disorganized place Cold dishes, dishes that don't arrive (the grill chef was more busy talking about Rome), different dishes on the menu but no one tells you. An amatriciana without bacon but with bacon.... The next table complains that they didn't eat everything together at least they ate us after the first and 50 minutes of waiting for the second courses which didn't arrive we left

21/03/2024: Cibo genuino, servizio impeccabile, personale super cordiale, ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo, ambiente confortevole. Lo raccomandiamo vivamente e noi non mancheremo di tornare. Grazie a tutti!

30/12/2023: So this place is a bunch of corrugated iron shacks corralled together on top of a mountain about an hour drive north east of Rome. It’s a forested area with an outside toilet (clean) and a playground for kids. The guy who owns it (Marchello) is affable and I think his wife and her sister do all the cooking. Italian peasant food at its best! We had bruschetta with the most aromatic olive oil followed by homemade pasta with local wild mushrooms and black truffle as our starters. For main course I had grilled lamb chops with boiled vegetables and french fries. All super simple and delicious. The house red was light and smooth and matched the lamb chops perfectly.

28/11/2023: Cisterna stands out for its decidedly Spartan atmosphere, a peculiarity that makes it unique among other places. Set in the greenery, it is ideal for enjoying outdoor meals during the summer. As for the food, it doesn't reach exceptional heights. The pizzas, while having an acceptable flavour, are noticeably thin and sometimes slightly burnt. It should be noted that the service, although affable, is often slow and not always timely in responding to requests. The use of paper or plastic plates helps to emphasize the rustic and informal look of the place.

26/12/2023: Pessimo …. Pranzo di Natale servito da una cameriera estremamente maleducata, non pronta x accogliere il cliente e saper gestire le sue esigenze. Scontrosa anche con altri tavoli vicini . Primi arrivati in versione risicata , stringozzi ai funghi porcini e tartufo non cotti bene e il tartufo non c’era, forse fatto vedere solo di passaggio !!! Antipasto di mare obbligatoriamente mangiato nello stesso piatto dell’ antipasto di terra . Servizio pessimo. Carne 1 fettina ciascuno , idem x i gamberoni ….6 persone 6 gamberi , 1 ciascuno. Carne uguale 6 persone una fettina ciascuno . Patate e insalata comprese nel menu natalizio neanche l’ombra ! Reclami anche dai tavoli vicini…. Pranzo di Natale pessimo .

25/05/2024: Cena con con un gruppo di amici in cammino sulla via Francesco di sabato sera non è stato facile trovare una trattoria ma chiedendo consigli alle persone siamo arrivati al ristorante dall’aspetto semplice e modesto ma caratterizzato da una cucina curata e molto buona. Il servizio è accurato e gentile anche se un po’ lì lento 35 euro a persona compresi antipasto primo secondo e vino è decisamente corretto

25/01/2024: Immersed in Sabina with a terrace on the hills that makes you dream, excellent cuisine with local delicacies and quality choices! After various dinners with friends we decided to celebrate my husband's 40th birthday with a buffet dinner, all excellent with many courses and the tables set up in a Impeccable! Mrs Augusta was exceptional, courteous and helpful! Highly recommended!

25/09/2023: Tipica trattoria a gestione familiare immersa nel verde ....da subito ti senti come a casa. Ambiente abbastanza grande adatto per la pausa del mezzogiorno, infatti è molto frequentato dai lavoratori di zona. Piatti della tradizione (griscia/abbacchio/arrosticiji/cicoria)al top. Personale professionale Consigliato P S come tutti i ristoranti del luogo le porzioni sono super abbondanti...soprattutto i primi ,pertanto consiglio di prendere delle porzioni in meno

02/01/2024: Veramente una bella sorpresa in questo stupendo borgo. Ristorante a conduzione familiare, ottimi piatti, un mix tra Abruzzo e Sardegna. Servizio ottimo, ti fanno sentire come a casa. I prezzi sono nella media, giusti per servizio e qualità. Abbiamo passato un buon pranzo del primo dell’anno.

01/01/2024: Truly a nice surprise in this beautiful village. Family-run restaurant, excellent dishes, a mix between Abruzzo and Sardinia. Excellent service, they make you feel at home. Prices are average, fair for service and quality. We had a good New Year's Day lunch.

18/05/2024: I ordered a pizza at 8pm for 10pm, they had a slight delay of 15 minutes but the staff was very kind in offering us two Coca-Colas.
