Extremely efficient, fast, and creative in the kitchen. The best value you can find in Sabina and probably in Lazio (having not eaten at every restaurant in Lazio, I might be wrong). Not to be missed. The first course of the day, which changes constantly, never disappoints.

We discovered it on the recommendation of friends. The dishes are delicious, carefully prepared, and portions are decent. A great find, we'll definitely be back.

Reasonable prices, a well-kept and clean atmosphere, pleasant and colorful rooms, and outdoor seating, though they overlook the gas station area. But the excellent quality of the food makes you forget the location!

Went in between services so just had some sandwiches and a pastry from the counter but all very good, great service, beautiful interior. Wish they had more tables outside

06/03/2026: We only walked to Duchessa Lake. It's a wonderful hiking trail. I recommend it to those who are well-trained.

16/03/2026: A very simple, welcoming place (perhaps a few paintings on the walls would be nice). Excellent, no-frills cuisine and excellent service. Very welcoming, even in spring/summer.
08/02/2026: Fresh handmade pasta and, most importantly, local grilled meat—all delicious! What more could you ask for?
