Puro Pizza and Food In Fara in sabina

I stopped here for dinner... From the outside, it doesn't look like a restaurant or pizzeria. In fact, to be honest, there isn't even a sign on the door. It's a two-story industrial building, perhaps a small factory or office building. You enter through a small aluminum door with a sign next to it that says "PURO" and the opening hours. Perhaps this is the entrance. You go in, but there's nothing that makes you think of a restaurant. You go up a staircase and on the first floor, you see the terrace with the tables set, and you think maybe you've come to the right place. The virtually windowless dining room is new, clean, and tidy. The staff is very young, a little inexperienced at times, but they're still quick, prompt, and attentive. The pizza was crispy (not the soft Neapolitan style) but good, digestible, and well-topped. Unfortunately, my final judgment was affected by seeing someone in the restaurant pick up his ringing cell phone from the counter and place it on the pizza plate to pass it to a colleague. Let's just say, not the best attention to hygiene. They're young guys and they'll definitely improve, but to be honest, they're already not bad at all.

Dinner with friends, a clean place with attention to detail, and a young, helpful, and professional staff. We ate several different types of meat recommended by the boss, all excellent. We'll definitely be back!

Excellent restaurant/pizzeria! A truly welcoming and easy-to-reach environment, it's now become a weekly fixture for me. The quality of the ingredients is excellent, always fresh and strictly seasonal. For pizza lovers, this is the best: the wood-fired oven is the real highlight, along with the expertise of those who oversee every step, from dough-making to baking. My sincere compliments to the entire staff, and a special thanks to the super Luca S. Always helpful, smiling, and professional!

Last time I was very disappointed. I ordered supplì cp and they came with ragù (I'm vegetarian). Another diner ordered a hamburger that arrived raw inside. And to top it all off, on the receipt I found the item "cake cutting €6" because there were 6 of us. I wonder if there were 40 or 50 of us, would I have had to pay 40 or 50 euros more for a cake cutting? What disappointed me the most, however, was the fact that I didn't even receive an apology for the wrong supplì (if I was allergic to something I was DEAD).

Excellent, the fried gnocchi were amazing. We had the fettuccine alla boscaiola and they were delicious, and what can I say about the pizza... Bbq, bbq, bbq! Even the crust was good, the crust was delicious and the toppings were excellent. The staff were very kind and friendly, and you wait just the right amount of time. We'll definitely be back, highly recommended for lovers of good food.

A place with ample parking and two beautiful rooms, a welcoming and well-kept atmosphere. The wait times are quite long, especially for orders. The pizza is generally quite good, with a variety of options. Fried food isn't very flavorful. The burger is excellent, although they could add something to better blend the ingredients inside the bun.
