10/05/2025: Dopo una giornata intensa di escursioni nei dintorni (Ninfa e Sermoneta), siamo rientrati in struttura giusto in tempo per il pranzo pasquale presso il ristorante della locanda (che avevamo prenotato per tempo in quanto alloggiavamo nella struttura da qualche giorno). Stanchi e affamati, ci siamo trovati di fronte a un'offerta gastronomica straordinaria: un ricco buffet festivo proposto tra l’altro ad un ottimo prezzo. Ogni boccone ha superato le nostre aspettative: prosciutto crudo tagliato a mano accompagnato da mozzarella fresca, seguiti da delicati fiori di borragine in pastella, crostini con varie guarnizioni e un tortino di patate dalla consistenza perfetta e altri antipasti che già potevamo andar via sazi :-) Per i primi piatti, le fettuccine fatte in casa con ragù tradizionale ricco e saporito, e un'altra in bianco con un condimento delicato che esaltava la pasta fresca. La lasagna verde con scamorza affumicata eccezionale, mentre le fettuccine al ragù di agnello ancora meglio. I secondi non erano da meno: polpette al sugo per nostro figlio, preparate secondo la ricetta di casa. L'arrosto di maiale con carciofi, invece, era tenero e saporito, con i carciofi che ne completavano perfettamente il gusto. Il tutto accompagnato da patate arrosto. Vale la pena sottolineare che questa formula di buffet così ricco è disponibile solo durante il periodo pasquale, mentre negli altri giorni il ristorante propone un menu alla carta altrettanto curato che abbiamo avuto il piacere di provare nelle serate precedenti. Per concludere in dolcezza, i dessert sono di altissimo livello. Un'esperienza gastronomica che consiglio vivamente a chi si trova in zona non solo durante le festività pasquali.

14/05/2025: We ate at this restaurant and had a great time. The kindness of the staff makes you feel at ease in a clean and well-furnished environment. The food is excellent, the photos don't do it justice. The prices are fair. I thought I would spend more because the quality of what we ate and drank is very high. There are parking lots right next to the tavern.

04/05/2025: Truly excellent Pinsa, excellent cooking, light, no problems in short, we were pleasantly satisfied, welcoming staff and place the same... The only small flaw (which obviously doesn't depend on them) is the parking lot which today mostly on Saturdays, was not very easy to find but unfortunately since it is the slightly older part of Formia it is difficult to find... However highly recommended 😊

Quiet atmosphere, you eat peacefully, spending excellent time in a comfortable environment and at the right times The food; absolutely excellent! Delicious dishes, very well made, well presented and also pleasant to look at. The service was excellent, kindness and courtesy, absolutely professional. Perfect portions. The only note, the gnocchi, were so good that one portion isn't enough 🤣👍 We will definitely be back. Excellent prices.

28/05/2025: Enchanting and delicious restaurant that manages to conquer the heart, creating an atmosphere with elegant contours and a refined, empathetic, familiar imprint. “La Magnatora” lends itself to the organization of large and important events, being able to count on a sensational location and a cuisine that inebriates customers with exquisite and abundant dishes. Further useful information concerns: - the parking lot, which is really large; - the service, which is courteous but rather slow; - the price, which is in line with the quantity and quality offered. 02/05/2025: I went to this restaurant with my family on May 1st and we had a great time, we ate excellent pasta while for the second course we had excellent fried fish and it was all delicious. We will be back

31/05/2025: Magnatona at La Magnatora! It is an authentic place, away from the chaos and far from the classic tourist circuits. The journey to reach it is a full immersion in nature: along the road, it is easy to come across beautiful white buffaloes grazing freely! The place is well-kept and welcoming.. like the staff themselves! Each dish is prepared with fresh and genuine ingredients, many of which come directly from the surrounding pastures and gardens. A journey through flavors, nature and tranquility. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
