25/05/2026: The table staff were extremely rude, and I won't add anything else. We were with friends at this place, and from the very beginning, the waitress was extremely rude to us, especially me. During dinner, my pizza was wrong, which can happen (though it shouldn't), but what really left me speechless was that she didn't apologize at all; in fact, she sent a colleague to report the mistake without even a hint of regret. Absolutely nothing. I don't think working in front of the public is for everyone. A total disappointment; I don't think I'll ever return. A huge disappointment, because the place is truly beautiful.

Edoardo is great at recommending and serving craft beers, followed by excellent food. See you soon; I recommend booking in advance, especially on weekends.

19/04/2026: Dinner at Agro. The appetizers were very good, but the main courses were poor. We ordered the rabbit, which still had its head with the teeth attached, and was undercooked. Then there were the meatballs, which we left half empty; they had a strong garlic and spice smell, and were also undercooked. The beef oxtail was nothing special. Reasonable prices.

23/12/2025: The place is really cute, the staff is friendly, and the food is delicious. This is our second visit, and I hope to return soon! We'll update the review after our third visit. I can only confirm the owner's warm welcome and the deliciousness of the dishes. This time, we took his advice and enjoyed the "plate of kings" (I can't spell the original name). I can't recommend it enough.

12/06/2026: Fantastic, very fresh. We had both raw and cooked dishes as appetizers, followed by paccheri allo scoglio with house Falanghina wine (delicious). Whoever gave it one star doesn't understand anything about good food.

12/06/2026: We had dinner here this evening. We arrived without a reservation, but they welcomed us without a problem even though the place was quite busy. Everyone was friendly, especially the owner Ugo, who accommodated my off-menu request with ease. The food was VERY high-quality, and the service was excellent. This will be a regular stop in Gaeta for us.

12/04/2026: The pizza at Serafina in Terracina is truly excellent, no complaints there. Unfortunately, however, the service and reservation management were decidedly disorganized. Despite arriving 10 minutes early, I received my pizzas a full 50 minutes after ordering, while watching tables that had arrived after me being served. The most absurd thing was the place card on the table: on one side was my name, on the other that of another customer who had booked only an hour later. It's impossible to think of ordering and eating in such a short time, especially when the kitchen is slow. The real problem arose when the next customer arrived: the staff, instead of apologizing for their delay in serving us, explained that we "didn't leave the table," making me look like a rude customer who didn't want to get up. In reality, they had just served our pizzas after almost an hour of waiting! None of the staff explicitly asked me to leave, but the situation they created with the other customer was very unpleasant and embarrassing. The food is good, but the organization absolutely needs to improve so as not to pit customers against each other.
