29/03/2026: We took a couple of slices of take-away pizza, so inviting that as soon as we got to the car we couldn't resist and ate it straight away... really very good, even if 12 euros for four slices of pizza seems a bit excessive to me.

01/05/2026: Very good food. The ingredients used are excellent. The pizzas are well-topped and cooked to perfection thanks to the wood-fired oven with its top-notch equipment, which allows for rapid batches and even cooking of the pizzas without burning. The fried foods are equally excellent.

29/04/2026: Excellent pizza, delicious fried food! Whenever I'm craving pizza, I get it from this takeout pizzeria. You can also eat inside or outside. In summer, you need to book well in advance, especially on weekends. Prices are reasonable, I recommend trying it!

16/03/2026: After a long time, we decided to go back with friends for pizza on Saturday evening. The manager gave us a warm welcome, but we had to wait 2 hours for 4 pizzas. No way! Then the wrong pizza arrived, with no proper apology! Definitely avoid.

02/04/2026: I finally got to try Aria Nuova for the first time, after years of waiting! Living abroad, I hadn't been able to before, but the first chance I got, I couldn't resist, so I decided to take my family there. A very welcoming, rustic, and warm place, with very kind and helpful staff... but the star of the show is the pizza! To start, I tried the Frittatina di Pasta and Panzerotto with pistachio and mortadella, both a side dish, not at all greasy and delicious. Then a pizza al ruotino with various types of tomatoes, spectacular, crispy and soft at the same time, beautifully homemade and full of flavor... a true experience. Personally, I tried a pizza with broccoli, sausage, and nduja (I forget the name)... an incredible mix of flavors, very light dough, and just the right amount of flavor. Congratulations to everyone, and a special thanks to Enzo, the restaurant's owner and chef. Well done guys 👏

17/11/2025: Definitely a positive review. I ate well. I spent the right amount. Generous portions. The meat is delicious and well-cooked. There's no shortage of Roman cuisine. I highly recommend this place.

The meat was as good as you'll find anywhere else, especially since the price is reasonable for the food... I expected much better from the reviews I'd read!! It's definitely not a place I recommend.

20/04/2026: We arrived at 7:45 PM because they told us on the phone that the table had to be vacated at 9:00 PM. At 8:30 PM, still no pizza. I called the waitresses and part of the order arrived. At 8:40 PM, the rest arrived. We were already pretty pissed off. We finished on time anyway, because we are polite people, so we started getting ready. We were two families with four children, two aged 1.5 years and two aged 6.5 years. While we were getting ready, the girls were playing when a waitress came with two people and pointed to a table behind ours. We didn't even have time to move the girls and the rude woman said to the two of them, "If they'll let you pass," we lazily sat here. The tone was rude and rude, just like the waitress. In the end, the lady took hers, always politely, unlike her, and we will never go back!!! If you have children, stay away from this place! A colleague tried to mediate, but we're sorry. Please train your staff better, and honestly, you need to organize your schedule better. It's not like you can bring me pizza whenever you want and I have to eat it in 10 minutes. Terrible experience, enough of that!!!!
