30/06/2025: Non fatevi ingannare dall’esterno: il locale sembra anonimo, ma dentro è una piccola perla. Ambiente curato, raffinato, arredato con gusto. Ti conquista subito. Accoglienza impeccabile, soprattutto grazie a Maurizio, il proprietario: preparato, educato, ma anche simpatico e coinvolgente. Presenta piatti e vini con competenza e passione, senza mai prendersi troppo sul serio. Il Gewürztraminer 2021 di J. Hofstätter che ci ha consigliato è stato un abbinamento perfetto per tutta la cena. Gli antipasti ci hanno stupiti: polpo con patate e pomodorino, tenerissimo e gustoso; calamari con valeriana e frutta, originali e ben bilanciati; parmigiana con mazzancolle, polpo e patate, davvero sorprendente. Nei primi abbiamo trovato gusto e creatività: tagliolini con moscardini e 'Nduja (mare e piccante al punto giusto), e tagliolini con seppioline e pachino, classici ma eseguiti molto bene. Come secondo una frittura di calamari, leggera e croccante. Niente dolce (eravamo sazi!), ma una grappa "Elisi" di Berta ha chiuso la serata in modo perfetto. In sintesi, una scoperta meravigliosa nell’agro pontino. Torneremo sicuramente, anche per l'ottimo rapporto prezzo/qualità!

13/06/2025: In occasione di un pranzo di lavoro, ho avuto il piacere di vivere un’esperienza gastronomica di livello altissimo, che merita una menzione speciale sotto ogni punto di vista. 1. Il Locale La location si è rivelata perfetta per un incontro professionale: elegante ma discreta, curata nei dettagli, silenziosa quanto basta per consentire conversazioni riservate, e al contempo accogliente e confortevole. Un equilibrio architettonico e stilistico che comunica immediatamente il valore e la raffinatezza dell’esperienza che si sta per vivere. 2. Accoglienza e Professionalità Il ristoratore, insieme al personale di sala, ha saputo distinguersi per cortesia, educazione e altissima professionalità. Ogni gesto, ogni attenzione al cliente, ogni spiegazione sui piatti è stata improntata a un servizio di classe, misurato e puntuale, che ha saputo far sentire l’ospite importante, senza mai risultare invadente. 3. Qualità degli Ingredienti La selezione delle materie prime si è rivelata eccellente. Ingredienti di altissima qualità, lavorati con competenza e rispetto, valorizzati senza forzature, in una cucina che esalta la qualità e la stagionalità dei prodotti. È evidente la cura maniacale nella scelta di ogni singolo elemento del menù. 4. Abbinamenti di Sapori e Presentazione I piatti proposti sono stati un vero trionfo del gusto: accoppiamenti audaci ma perfettamente bilanciati, sapori che si fondono in un’armonia sorprendente, consistenze calibrate e profili aromatici raffinati. Ogni portata è stata un’esperienza sensoriale, servita con una presentazione impeccabile e una cura estetica che riflette l’arte della cucina d’autore. Conclusione Un pranzo di lavoro trasformato in un momento di autentico piacere culinario. Un’esperienza che coniuga altissima qualità, eccellenza professionale e attenzione al dettaglio. Un luogo in cui il valore dell’accoglienza e della cucina si esprime ai massimi livelli. Assolutamente eccezionale.

08/11/2025: A true EXPERIENCE! Simple dishes, but divinely cooked! Impeccable service! We rarely do this, but we asked for the chef and his wife to come out to congratulate everyone. We caught the rare Flagfish, cooked divinely! Congratulations!

The meat was as good as you'll find anywhere else, especially since the price is reasonable for the food... I expected much better from the reviews I'd read!! It's definitely not a place I recommend.

We didn't have the pleasure of staying at this magnificent Masseria, but the tranquility of the location would certainly have won us over.

14/09/2025: Warm welcome, excellent pizza thanks to the quality of the light, digestible dough and the balanced amount of toppings. The special pizza combinations are truly spot on. We'll definitely be back. It's a shame they're only open for lunch. The pistachio tiramisu was delicious. Reservations are recommended.

12/09/2025: The pizza is truly excellent, one of the best I've ever eaten: light, well-leavened dough, and incredibly fresh ingredients. The quality of the food alone would deserve five stars. Unfortunately, the service leaves much to be desired. The waiter was rude and too hasty: he asked us for our order as soon as we sat down, without even giving us time to carefully read the menu. A friendlier welcome and a few more minutes to choose would have made the experience much better. I will definitely return for the pizza, hoping for more attentive and courteous service.

13/10/2025: We had the most wonderful stay. Francesca made everything effortless for us, and we were so grateful for her help. She even helped connect us with their preferred driving company to get us to Rocca Massima from Rome and Emilio was excellent. It was challenging to find meals in town, so we were grateful that Locanda dell' Arcangelo provided some of the best meals we had during our time in Italy. We got to visit Tipico which has olive oils, jams, and wine from the area and is run by the hotel. This hotel has a complimentary breakfast with limited hours and an excellent dinner menu. Lunch was not offered when we visited, but there are a few nearby restaurants and a small grocery which has deli options for sandwiches. We did not do "Flying in the Sky" which is the one main attraction but instead walked around Rocca Massima and took in the sights. Parco delle Rimembranze / Parco della Memoria was lovely to walk through. We stayed 3 nights for a wedding we attended in Cori. Otherwise would have never known about this special place!

21/10/2025: Best gelato in Latina. The line always moves quickly, and there are plenty of girls serving customers. The flavors are numerous and all excellent. A guarantee.

03/11/2025: Out of necessity, I ate at several pizzerias during my visit to Manfredonia... but no pizza is like this one. Amazing dough. An exceptional product. The best pizza I've ever had.

21/10/2025: Fantastic discovery! The dough is incredibly light! I asked for a vegan pizza with a marinara base, turnip tops, olives, and porcini mushrooms, and it turned out gastronomically delicious! The owners are very kind and helpful! They even gave me a doggy bag with the pizza. If we ever come back to Manfredonia, we'll definitely stop by Inquets Pizzeria.

20/11/2025: The best pizza I've ever had. This restaurant was a real discovery for me in Itri! I've eaten many pizzas in my life and in various places in Italy, but this has become one of the reasons for me to return to the Aurunci Mountains. Perfect dough, fresh and authentic ingredients, every bite is a true delight for the palate! And I'll stop here because I'm already hungry 😂

12/09/2025: I discovered a pizzeria by chance, it is in the center of the town. Among the many choices I ate the Pizza Itriana, which I found excellent, with a sufficient amount of filling and a dough worthy of note for its digestibility.

08/12/2025: Excellent,,, tried on December 8th,,,, I had a first course of Sardinian gnocchi with octopus, a mixed roast of swordfish, calamari, and prawns, a cold 50 cl beer, (I don't remember the brand, but Waiss is very good), coffee, limoncello, mineral water, good fresh and warm bread just out of the oven,,,, excellent price, 5-star quality/price ratio! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

30/11/2025: Bad experience. At this pizzeria, we were served a bottle of "water" that actually contained vinegar used to clean bottles, as confirmed by both the waiter and the owner. One of our group, a teetotaler, drank a glass and felt sick all evening and even into the night. A very serious incident, indicative of irresponsible and dangerous hygiene practices. Faced with such a serious incident, the owner not only didn't apologize, but also had the nerve to include the bottle in the bill. Total: €101, without a cent discount or even the slightest gesture of responsibility. Behavior bordering on contempt for customers. Totò used to say, "You're born a gentleman." Unfortunately, restaurant owner Lucio wasn't.

30/09/2025: I hadn't been there for many years and had fond memories of it, but the reality was even better: everything was delicious: marinated anchovies, scapece-style courgettes, tuna panzanella, lentil soup, rabbit, and finally the legendary chocolate salami. The house Montepulciano di Ponza wine was delicious, everything was perfect, the service was perfect, and the bill was 55 euros per person.
