01/03/2026: If there were a chance to give it 6 stars, it would deserve them! Congratulations and thanks again to Salvino and Simonetta, who aren't just restaurateurs, but practically family.
08/02/2026: A delightful discovery! Small but functional, the appetizers and main courses are truly excellent. A wide selection of wines. The tiramisu is fantastic! The owners, two welcoming and friendly people, make you feel right at home. If you like Roman cuisine, you're sure to find quality and tradition at Salvino's. I'll be back soon to try the rest of the menu. I recommend booking in advance, as seating is limited.
