17/09/2025: I wanted to review this beautiful place, a neat, clean establishment with a truly creative style. My friends and I, on a trip from Ostia, strolled past the place and were immediately greeted enthusiastically by the staff, who told us about the area and encouraged us to visit. The owners are very friendly, helpful, and incredibly kind. We enjoyed delicious coffee and various pastries. We had such a great time that we returned several times throughout the day, especially for a delicious aperitivo and a chat at sunset after paragliding. Anyone in the area should definitely stop by this place... we'll definitely be back. Thanks again for your hospitality.

15/03/2026: I went to Shebaa on a Friday night for dinner, and in addition to the very friendly and helpful staff, everything was truly delicious. I had a deconstructed kebab and my companion a smash burger: the chicken was incredibly tender, to my great surprise. The smash burger was expertly executed, with the meat perfectly cooked and a homemade bun that held everything together perfectly. Crispy bacon, homemade sauce, and pickles—in short, a rare quality and attention to detail!! Congratulations.

25/09/2025: What an incredible place! The views were beautiful, and the service was excellent and attentive. Let's talk about the food... I think I've tried some of the best pasta dishes of my life: the ravioli with shrimp, cheese, etc. was CRAZY! We also tried the fettuccine with octopus and ricotta, which was also very good. 10/10 experience, and 11/10 food!

11/10/2025: A breathtaking location by the sea, we got married here on September 22, 2025, and it was simply unforgettable, so much so that our friends and family complimented us on it being the most beautiful and unconventional wedding they'd ever been to. The price, especially considering the level of service, the location, and the number of staff, was absolutely reasonable. We'd especially like to thank Tiziana, Elisa, Achille, and Carla of Casa Olivia, who, with their immense professionalism, were our guardian angels throughout the event. 18/02/2026: A quaint little restaurant in the area bordering the Aurunci Mountains. The food is excellent, and the welcome is perfect. It's wonderful to taste their dishes, which are original and delicious. I always enjoy going there.

08/02/2026: This lovely little restaurant in Castelforte (LT) serves home-style cuisine and generous portions. Friendly staff and fast service. It's always busy every day of the week, with people coming and going. It only seats 40-50 people, but they're always packed. Highly recommended.
