The restaurant is run by a young couple: Fabio, a creative chef who has surrounded himself with a young team, and Sara in the dining room, who welcomes you and guides you through the food and wine. The restaurant, in addition to an elegant interior, also extends to an outdoor terrace surrounded by plants. In addition to the à la carte menu, the menu also offers three types of menus chosen by the chef: 3, 5, or 7 courses. And it is precisely by choosing the menu that the chef's creativity shines through. The choice of local ingredients, impeccably prepared and reinterpreted, the beauty of the dishes, the flavors that surprise you time and time again, the homemade breads and desserts: all strengths for a restaurant listed in the Michelin Guide and, in my opinion, destined for even greater growth. The wine cellar is thoughtful, extensive, and designed to satisfy everyone. A place to try again and again, perhaps not for everyone, but it's the perfect place for those who want to experiment and try new and never-before-seen things. On my personal scale, it deserves a full 9.

A couple's dinner with two coupons they gave us seven months ago. In the meantime, the tasting menu had increased by €10, and I expected them to ask me for the difference, but that wasn't the case. I thank them. The entire experience was a crescendo of flavors and textures, high-quality ingredients, and balanced innovation that pleasantly surprised. Impeccable service, extremely kind staff. A fantastic experience at Pontinia. Each course was a true surprise for the palate, with meticulous presentation that transformed each dish into a small work of art. We were particularly impressed by the subtlety of the flavors and the impeccable technique. I especially loved the creative composition of the tartare covered in a chocolate wafer, a truly sophisticated contrast. We will definitely be back to try other creations.

The service is impeccable, elegant yet never cold, with a rare level of customer service. The cuisine is simply sensational: every dish demonstrates careful study, technique, research, and exceptionally high-quality ingredients. Nothing is left to chance, from the presentation of the dishes to the flavors, to the harmony of the entire culinary journey. Honestly, it's hard to find anything to criticize, because everything is of the highest standard. The experience is absolutely comparable to that of other great international Michelin-starred restaurants. Every detail exudes passion, perfection, and a love of haute cuisine. A place that deserves its success far beyond the Pontine area. Authentic excellence.

Dinner at Agro. The appetizers were very good, but the main courses were poor. We ordered the rabbit, which still had its head with the teeth attached, and was undercooked. Then there were the meatballs, which we left half empty; they had a strong garlic and spice smell, and were also undercooked. The beef oxtail was nothing special. Reasonable prices.

A delicious three-course tasting menu, with other interludes from the chef. Little to say about the taste and service; the wine cellar was small but of high quality. Many dishes offered a refreshing experience, despite the local flavors seemingly suggesting a more substantial cuisine. My only personal criticism concerns some dishes, specifically their form (content); for some courses, I found they didn't enhance the aesthetics of the content, as in the case of the main dish, Claudio, served on a plate that excessively obscured the dish, or the dessert served on a tray that made it difficult to pick up the dessert once it had melted.

The full-service kitchen immerses you in the preparation and presentation of the dishes. Very reasonable prices for what they offer, impeccable and extremely friendly service. The tasting menus are a must-try. The wine cellar offers a vast selection.

The tasting menu is definitely worth trying, but the Sunday brunch we tried was also a unique and top-quality experience. There's a wide selection, everything well thought out and executed. One note: the first courses are served at your table and were fantastic. The location is elegant and well-maintained, of course.
