One of the best restaurants I have ever tried.
The menu changes continuously and there is a great desire to try local preparations and ingredients.
Very often dishes are proposed with strong and decisive contrasts, and not all dishes are always 100% perfect but they almost always are.
Abundant amouse bouche, excellent bread and accompaniments.

It's not the first time but every time it's an exquisite surprise. The menu changes but never the quality and goodness. Always excellent.
The welcome and service are on the same level as the cuisine.

Ero stato a novembre ed ero rimasto colpito. Ci sono tornato affrontando una deviazione da un viaggio di lavoro. Ne valeva la pena. Menù creativo, piatti buonissimi.

Poche volte vengo stupito, questa esperienza è stata una di quelle poche. Team affiatato di giovani molto ben predisposti alla soddisfazione del cliente, su tutti lo chef e la bravissima e davvero molto competente sommelier. Piatti dove si osa, sempre non esagerando e rimanendo in equilibri di gusto e consistenze, con abbinamenti solo in apparenza spaiati. Equilibri mai sopra toni esagerati. Per me bravissimi, ci tornerò e spero che continuate ad osare.

Sono stato in questo ristorante in compagnia di mio fratello (che è un ristoratore) ed un caro amico. Sono entrato pensando di andare a mangiare e devo dire che sono uscito avendo assaporato un esperienza di vita.
In effetti “materia prima” non è un ristorante. Mangiare qui non significa riempirsi lo stomaco o nutrirsi. Questo posto è più che altro per me sinonimo di “arricchirsi”. Nel complesso tutto risulta come un’armonia: le preparazioni, la materia prima, la cantina, il cibo, i profumi, il servizio, la cordialità, la gentilezza. Persino le pause fra una portata e l’altra. Complimenti allo chef e a Sara. Siete dei cultori del bello, artisti della tavola.
