The pizza at Serafina in Terracina is truly excellent, no complaints there. Unfortunately, however, the service and reservation management were decidedly disorganized. Despite arriving 10 minutes early, I received my pizzas a full 50 minutes after ordering, while watching tables that had arrived after me being served. The most absurd thing was the place card on the table: on one side was my name, on the other that of another customer who had booked only an hour later. It's impossible to think of ordering and eating in such a short time, especially when the kitchen is slow. The real problem arose when the next customer arrived: the staff, instead of apologizing for their delay in serving us, explained that we "didn't leave the table," making me look like a rude customer who didn't want to get up. In reality, they had just served our pizzas after almost an hour of waiting! None of the staff explicitly asked me to leave, but the situation they created with the other customer was very unpleasant and embarrassing. The food is good, but the organization absolutely needs to improve so as not to pit customers against each other.

One of the best Neapolitan pizzas I've ever eaten. The supli are also superb, and the fried calzones are fabulous, not to mention the draft beer. The five of us spent €75, and I highly recommend it. Everything was truly excellent, we'll definitely be back.

Serafina was once, according to popular tradition, a sorceress who devoted herself to the people. Today, Serafina lives at Via Axnur 95 in Terracina and owns an excellent artisanal pizzeria. The pizzas are decidedly extra large, very large. The dough, made using the old Neapolitan method, has a rich and delicate flavor. The service is rather quick, friendly, and kind. The restaurant is typical of 1970s trattorias, clean with few frills. Reservations are required to secure a table. They also offer takeout. In conclusion, what can I say? I've put your phone number in my favorites list. I give it a 5-star rating. See you next time.
