22/07/2026: Saturday dinner, few customers. Outdoor tables. Full of mosquitoes. Decent food, but long waits. They don't have bread. Mulled wine arrived after the appetizer. Inexperienced staff. The bill also included focaccia brought in because there was no bread... so: bread (which there isn't) and cover charge + €10 for focaccia (because there was no bread).

12/06/2026: I already knew about the place; I've been there a while ago, but it wasn't anything special. I went back a few days ago and was immediately informed that it's under new management, and I must say I was truly surprised. Starting with the quality of the products, the service, and the truly youthful and lively atmosphere in a stunning setting. The owner is also young, friendly, and professionally trained. From the appetizers to the grilled meats to the dessert (ricotta and pear tart with exceptional white chocolate shavings 😋), it was a treat for the palate. Excellent value too! Highly recommend.

12/06/2026: We were passing through and stopped for dinner at the La Pergola restaurant, they informed us of the new management, the chef is also the manager of the place, very young but with experience in the sector, we ate a very special appetizer for 2 but keeping the tradition, I really liked the beef tartare, the Genoese cabbage rolls and the beef meatballs and fritters but the other tastings were also excellent, not to mention the meat, a very tender and tasty Piedmontese and a taste of lamb, side dish of baked potatoes and pan-roasted roasts what can I say I highly recommend it all excellent and courtesy, excellent value for money.

06/04/2026: Easter lunch to forget. Menu without prices (that's the trick). Total disorganization as unordered dishes arrived, and those ordered never arrived. Biblical wait times, over an hour between courses. I specifically asked for chicory sautéed with garlic, oil, and chili pepper... but after an hour, I received chicory rinsed in hot water. Roast lamb was undercooked, but raw. The first courses were forgettable: tasteless artichoke lasagna (and it even had cooked ham inside... but what does that have to do with anything). Fettuccine was as tough as leather. Guests only ate a mediocre, constipated appetizer and a first course. In short, 5 hours to get to dessert. But that's not all... the final blow was missing... the bill... stratospheric, that's all... about €50 per person, a complete rip-off. Highly discouraged.

29/04/2026: My friend and I ended up in Monte San Biagio by chance, waiting for a train, and to kill time, we decided to go to dinner somewhere near the station. After several attempts at other places, we found La Noce, a restaurant that not only welcomed us but also proved to be a friendly place, filled with very kind people. We ate pasta with meat sauce, which the owner kindly paired with stew. Before leaving, they offered us an umbrella since it was raining outside, and some bottles of water for the return journey. A truly welcoming place, excellent dinner, wonderful staff.
