I had both a baguette (they all cost around €6, €6.50 with whole grain bread) and a delicious octopus salad for €8.50. Perfect for a quick meal at a good price and quality.

A very pleasant family-run business, both the son (who creates the delicacies) and the two parents. Super helpful and kind despite the many difficulties we caused them due to the bad weather. I definitely recommend a visit when you're passing by.

If you're looking for the perfect place to organize lunches before heading to the beach in Ponza, this is the place.
Early in the morning, there's an excellent artisanal pastry shop for breakfast with coffee and fresh croissants. The real highlight, however, is the takeaway service for the beach: they prepare everything that morning, so everything is always fresh. The sandwiches are incredibly filling, and the ready-made dishes are convenient, authentic, and perfect for taking on the boat or to the cove.
Excellent quality, fast service, and fair prices. Highly recommended for a beach lunch!

A tiny welcoming deli with fruit, amazing sandwiches and drinks to go. Was the perfect stop on our way to the beach to purchse some baguettes (sandwiches) all with fresh ingredients. The staff are super friendly and spoke English when we were struggling with our Italian. Highly recommended!!

I spent the weekend in Ponza, and every day for lunch I relied on Baguetteria del Porto. It's a guarantee of fresh food with a variety of options you won't find anywhere else on the island, offering quality and authentic flavors in a takeaway dish you can enjoy on the boat or on the beach. You can choose from any type of vegetable, fish, potatoes, pasta, or sandwich.

We called this place to see if it was possible to have a takeaway fried food while we waited for the ferry back to Ponza. The owner kindly replied that it wasn't possible in the evenings since the cook wasn't there, and invited us to meet him for directions to other places that offered this service. Once we arrived, he went out of his way to offer us directions. We found this gesture wonderful, in a world where kindness and courtesy are increasingly lacking. We enjoyed two creamy coffees and a prosecco to say thank you and chat. People like this deserve a full place! Thank you, thank you, and thank you again.
