It's always a pleasure to return to Domenico and Rossella at Antica Roma, which now amazes us with a renovated, welcoming, and intimate restaurant and fusion cuisine that blends tradition with Mediterranean cuisine and Middle Eastern flavors. We began with an imperial appetizer consisting of seafood salad, octopus and potatoes, broccoli rabe with prawns and bacon, octopus Luciana-style, prawns in kataifi pastry, fried cod with sweet and sour Tropea onions, bruschetta with red tuna stew, and gratinated razor clams. For our first course, we ordered paccheri with creamed prawns, garnished with chopped pistachios and spices. For dessert, we finished with a bed of sliced ​​pears topped with cinnamon cream. For wine, we chose a Valdobbiadene Nino Franco. The lightness and originality of the dishes confirm the professionalism and desire to innovate of the entire team.
