Eating at this restaurant is a truly mystical experience! Starting with the poetic location, which to say "attention to detail" is truly an understatement. The atmosphere and service are impeccable, with great attention to customer service, a rarity these days. The menu and food are a special chapter, with fresh, top-quality products prepared by the chef's excellent hands. Every course, from appetizer to dessert, was decidedly above and beyond any expectations. Valerio, the head waiter and the beating heart of the inn, doesn't miss a single detail, managing everything with harmony and hospitality. We can't wait to return!

The atmosphere was meticulously designed, beautiful, and immersive. We had two delicious and plentiful starters. We didn't order anything else, but everything seemed excellent and top-quality. The staff was friendly and helpful. The price was very reasonable for the quality of the experience. We'll definitely be back! :)

We came to eat here drawn by both the location and the excellent reviews, and the overall experience was excellent! It's best to book because it gets very busy. We had porcini mushroom fondue as an appetizer. The fondue had a very intense flavor, which I wasn't expecting and which I wouldn't recommend if you're looking for a more delicate flavor. For the first course, the porcini mushroom carbonara was perfectly cooked al dente and had a balanced flavor. For the second course, the pork ribs were truly buttery. For dessert, their reinterpretation of tiramisu with amaretti biscuits instead of ladyfingers is a must-try. Very fast and professional table service. A ten! 👍🏻🔝

The selection of dishes is a bit limited, but still good. The cheese fondue was a delicious appetizer. For dessert, we had a tiramisu made with amaretti biscuits instead of ladyfingers, but it tasted more like a crumble, and the pistachio parfait was nothing spectacular. Overall, the prices are a bit high. I found the rolled-up menu very visual, but inconvenient to read. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The space is small, spread across two floors, but it's charming.

Every time we're in Fiuggi, we can't miss the Taverna. The food is fantastic and the location is unique, both inside and out in winter.

The atmosphere is incredibly quaint and meticulously maintained, and the setting is charming. The food is fantastic, but even better than the food is the kindness of the staff, and especially the owner. I'll gladly return.
