Every time we pass through Fiuggi, a stop at Taverna is a must. We've been coming here for years. The food is excellent, and the price is more than fair. Everything is truly delicious, and the desserts are amazing. We truly recommend it to everyone.

A real gem!!! Finally, after having to put it off several times, I managed to eat at this restaurant. A beautiful place in a wonderful geographical gem. Discovered thanks to a well-known television program, I was immediately struck by the interior features of the restaurant on the one hand, and by the kindness and professionalism of the owner on the other. And indeed, it was he himself who welcomed us, with a friendly tone and a warm smile, upon entering. My impression was correct. The restaurant is a dive into the Middle Ages. Every detail shows the careful planning and attention to detail that went into it, even before the actual construction. The counterweight mechanism for closing the bathroom door is as beautiful as it is ingenious. Kudos to whoever conceived and created it. I'm speechless about the bathroom sink. A perfect historical temporal fusion between the sinks of the time and the running water of today. The stoves are simply marvelous. The food is excellent!!! When you read the menu, you're not overwhelmed by a panoply of dishes you've sometimes seen over and over again, but rather, you're faced with those 6-8 dishes that, both first and second courses, are sure to please every palate. The carbonara with porcini mushrooms would bring a smile to even a man condemned to death on his last meal!!! Very special desserts. The tiramisu with amaretti is unique. The "boiling kiss" is marvelous. A spectacular combination of gelato and warm berries. First-rate service and hospitality. The scratch-off ticket scheme is super fun. We'll be back and bringing guests as soon as possible. Well done!!!!

A beautiful, characteristic restaurant located in the upper part of Fiuggi, near the theater and town hall. Upon entering, you're transported back in time, yet with just the right mix of modernity that never hurts. The cuisine is exceptional; all dishes are expertly prepared. The staff is simply perfect, making guests feel at ease without being intrusive. Highly recommended, whether for a candlelit dinner or a wonderful evening with a group of friends. It's important to remember to book early.

Eating at this restaurant is a truly mystical experience! Starting with the poetic location, which to say "attention to detail" is truly an understatement. The atmosphere and service are impeccable, with great attention to customer service, a rarity these days. The menu and food are a special chapter, with fresh, top-quality products prepared by the chef's excellent hands. Every course, from appetizer to dessert, was decidedly above and beyond any expectations. Valerio, the head waiter and the beating heart of the inn, doesn't miss a single detail, managing everything with harmony and hospitality. We can't wait to return!
