22/03/2024: Excellent food quality, absolutely not comparable with all you can eat sushi, good service and customer attention, prices higher than average but in line with the quality offered.

04/02/2024: We went here for the first time for dinner. Really nice location, quite attentive service and overall pleasant. We appreciated the open kitchen which is almost always a symptom of quality and cleanliness. We really liked everything we tasted, so much so that we immediately told ourselves to come back. In particular, the Grab Rolls were spectacular, the octopus balls were really good and the samuza delighted us! The panbao were a pleasant surprise, we usually always find them bland elsewhere but we loved them at Umami. I would focus just a little more on the accompaniment of the cocktails, also serving a little something unusual because it would be in the same vein as the rest of the service. Well done, very good. An excellent place that doesn't even fall on the price, absolutely compared to the quality of the food and the service!
