An experience to definitely repeat... Don't think about that extra minute of waiting because the chef will surely amaze you.. Unique dishes.. Truly prepared like a painting.. Everything was good, congratulations guys.

Everything was truly excellent. The staff is young and very fast, attentive, and super friendly. I tried the ciavatta with octopus, and it was really good and well-cooked, and the ciavatta dough was well-leavened and light. I'll be back to try other dishes. I recommend it.

I've been to OFFICINA XL for dinner with my family before!!! Last night, April 1st, we had dinner with the entire ASD ANAGNI CICLISMO team at OFFICINA XL. It was a lovely evening, excellent service, friendly staff, and excellent food. I highly recommend it.

Last night for a pizza. The pizza had a slightly high crust, and the red one we received was a bit watery. The fried food was excellent. Next time I'll try the meat. Unfortunately, I have to point out a sore point that doesn't necessarily have to do with the owner, but rather with the rudeness of the people... Yesterday at a table, there were two people smoking e-cigarettes like IQOS, and it really bothered me.

I'm rewriting my review where I underline that it's the best in the area...the food, the hospitality and the staff make this restaurant pizzeria a welcoming and genuine place.

Lunch for two. A very nice place, decorated in a workshop theme—finally something different... We were greeted by friendly and professional staff. The service was fairly quick and accurate. For appetizers, we had a platter of cured meats, cheeses, and other treats for two. Everything was good and well-portioned, but without any particular flair. But things changed with the first courses... A pacchero with cherry tomatoes, guanciale, and smoked buffalo provola cheese, very good and truly perfectly balanced in flavor. The other first course was also a pacchero, but carbonara-style, with a generous sprinkling of fresh truffle on top. I didn't know what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised! The truffle didn't overpower the typical flavor of carbonara at all, but at times enhanced it, giving it a different kick. Really good! Water and coffee, for a total of €25 each, in my opinion, in line with what we ate.

I stumbled upon this place by chance on a trip back to Rome. I went for lunch, and there were two of us. We had two plates of pasta, beer, water, and coffee. The food was very good, and we were also offered homemade sandwiches, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The atmosphere at lunch was very relaxed, and the young woman who served us was impeccable. I've raved about it to a couple of friends, and I think we'll return in the evening to enjoy the place's evening atmosphere.
