The location is elegant, intimate, and meticulously crafted, creating a refined and welcoming atmosphere with excellent background music. The service is impeccable: the staff is professional, attentive, and always available, without ever being intrusive. The dishes are a true journey of flavors, made with top-quality ingredients, presented with great care and accompanied by excellent attention to detail. We dined at this restaurant for a special occasion: an intimate and welcoming space thanks to the fireplace, which makes everything even more intimate. The staff was very helpful; I felt pampered! EXCELLENT food: we started with creamed cod, cannellini beans, and polenta, and a bread, spinach, and egg soup. What we particularly enjoyed were the first courses: grilled amatriciana and fusillone with oxtail ragù. Not to mention the rabbit roll, grilled artichoke, and cockerels. Highly recommended, we'll be back soon!
