Abbiamo trovato questo ristorante per caso. Chiamato all’ultimo ci hanno trovato senza problemi un tavolo. Hosteria pura con camino all’interno, arredo rustico ma caratteristico. Il proprietario accoglie come fosse casa sua, la cameriera molto professionale e gentile. Il cibo e il vino, anche quello della casa, sono di qualità. Non abbiamo provato i primi ma la carne era davvero superlativa. Dolci molto buoni e fatti in casa, ma la vera chicca è il caffè con la moka. Consigliatissimo e ci ritorneremo

Tutto veramente squisito, dagli antipasti locali alla carne alla brace Argentina che consiglio vivamente. Abbiamo preso un Cesanese di Olevano per innaffiare tutto e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti, come sempre del resto. Un po' caro ma almeno qui assaggiate la vera cucina locale e genuina!

The excellent, friendly and competent service, the high quality of the products, everything is carefully prepared based on the ingredients of the day. The food is prepared before your eyes with maximum transparency. Restaurant like they no longer exist!! Everything was excellent!! Not only do I recommend it but anyone who goes to Fiuggi is obliged to try it.
