Luca, the host, prepared a truly delicious dinner using local Deco products (with a municipal designation of origin), including gluten-free options. The asparagus tart was excellent as an appetizer, as were the fettuccine with cream of local peppers and anchovies with local herbs. Excellent wine and excellent extra virgin olive oil. The dessert was delicious, even for gluten-free eaters. I highly recommend it for its exquisiteness and for Luca's passion for creating and revisiting traditional local recipes.

I wouldn't call it a restaurant, but it's certainly an excellent tavern/osteria, albeit a bit sparse and lacking in character. The welcome is familiar and comfortable, the staff is very kind and helpful, especially attentive to customer needs. Excellent service, genuine, homemade products, starting with the cold cuts, freshly cooked side dishes, excellent sliced meats, and a specialty: the suckling pig. All accompanied by various tastings such as tripe with potatoes, snails in tomato sauce, chickpeas and pancetta, beans with crostini, polenta and gorgonzola, and many other delicious dishes. There's a good selection of wines, although I recommend their full-bodied and slightly fruity wine in a cellar-style flask. There's also an excellent selection of desserts, all homemade, and a good selection of liqueurs, as well as some of their own, which are decidedly better.

We organized a dinner with friends, with a table of 18 people. We had the house antipasto, with dishes such as polenta with cheese, beans, cured meats, cheeses, frittatas, etc. Two large first courses in the middle: tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms and truffles and gnocchi with artichokes. Then mixed roast beef with potatoes. For dessert, there were some excellent wine biscuits. What can I say? We ate well, the service was excellent. The dishes arrived at the table in a timely manner, allowing us to eat everything. The staff didn't rush us; at least we could spend an evening with friends. Competitive prices. I think it gets a full pass. Kudos to the staff. See you soon.
