We had a wonderful time, we were warmly welcomed, the location was lovely, and the food was delicious!!! Well done, we'll be back!

A fantastic cacio e pepe, a delicious and tender grilled tagliata; a welcoming place with young, friendly, and very professional staff. I recommend it.

I was passing by and most likely at the height of the chaos. The service was pretty poor, as was my slice of meat (and baked potatoes on the side), which I'd asked for rare, but half of it was completely raw. The total I paid, in my opinion, is slightly higher than average given the service offered. I don't know if I'd go back!

The atmosphere is amazing but I found the food a bit too salty and a little bit too expensive. Nevertheless, the service was impeccable and the wine selection rich (though some labels were a bit overpriced)

Location and Ambience The restaurant enjoys a great location, and the atmosphere is comfortable and clean. However, the table layout leaves something to be desired: despite there being three of us, we were seated at a table for two next to a staircase, almost blocking the flow of people. It felt like "I'll squeeze you in anywhere to make room," which somewhat compromises the comfort of the experience. The Food The house appetizer deserves a special mention: it was rich, varied, and decidedly good. As for the meat (cooked in plain sight, always a nice touch), we ordered two medium-rare cuts, but they arrived rare. Honestly, while the meat was acceptable, I expected a greater improvement in flavor and texture. The Service The wait staff is the true driving force of the restaurant: they are knowledgeable, fast, and have just the right amount of "guts" to manage the flow of people. A small flaw in the administrative management: check your receipt carefully. We were mistakenly charged an extra second, although the staff was very kind in immediately refunding us once we reported the issue. In summary Prices are in line with the market. An overall positive experience, but with a few technical details that need to be ironed out to achieve excellence.

We had dinner at this osteria, which we found by chance; its location is convenient and strategic for travelers. The quality of the food is excellent; I recommend the Volsci appetizer, which is truly delicious. We'll be back to try the wide selection of meats that the chef described and presented to us during this dinner. Truly a gem!

The restaurant is located near the A1 motorway intersection, far from the center of Frosinone but still quite busy. The environment is clean, spacious, and well-maintained. One thing that really surprised me was the bathroom: incredibly large, much larger than those in many other restaurants I've been to. The food is truly excellent: I particularly recommend the prosciutto crudo and especially the Polish scottona. The latter is simply superb: cooked rare, it's perfect, tender, and flavorful. As for the service, the wait times are good, and the staff is courteous and helpful. The only negative is the prices, which are slightly high: the scottona (about 700g) cost me a whopping €80. High-quality meat, no doubt, but still quite expensive. Overall, I'd give it 4.75 stars (rounded to 5), penalized only slightly by the high prices.

We stopped here on our way, we had a good and complete Volsci appetizer for two people, then two first courses, a carbonara and a tonnarello cacio e pepe, honestly we didn't like them, beautiful to look at but lacking in flavor, I would have expected more given the high price for a first course like carbonara. Then we had a good artichoke alla giudia.
